I use to love coming here with my kids to get our favorite pizza. But the way I seen the (day time) manager speak to his female employees I knew that’s something I don’t want my kids to experience or think is okay. A female that use to work there not to long ago said he’s doing unspeakable things in the store. She’s a single mother and was afraid to loose her job. This is the first manager in the 56 years I been living to make me not want my favorite pizza anymore. Something has to be done.

Could’ve been a lot better for the price. Spent 63 dollars for 5 items. Wanted delivery, so that’s what I ordered, then get a call saying they didn’t have any drivers.
The food was great, but the desert wasn’t even cut, and they didn’t put ranch with my order either even though it’s on the order ticket 3 separate times. Like I said food is great but the service was horrible.

8:27 pm – Large cheese pizza with stuffed crust ordered for approx $24.
9:04 pm – Pizza delivered and looks like the attached photo. Burnt.
9:07 pm – Call them to request a new pizza that isn’t burnt. They offer to remake the pizza and send it out right away and request to old burnt pizza back.
9:51 pm – No new pizza. I place a call asking where the new pizza is and am told “sorry, we got busy”. I ask to speak to a manager, and the first one doesn’t have an answer other than “we got busy and will get it out as soon as possible. I asked what they are going to do to make it right since I have now waited almost 2 hours to get a cheese pizza. They offer me a Cinnabon. Not acceptable. Main manager gets on phone and says she can give me a credit for the next time I order through them and I explain I am not from here. She offers me a fountain drink, which I refused. She tells me my pizza is finished and on its way. Takes 20 minutes to get to me…it is a 9 minute drive.
10:15 pm – Replacement pizza arrives. I find that the pizza is blazing hot. This tells me they never remade the order until I called at 9:51 pm.
Your customer service is terrible. That pizza should have been comp’d or discounted. Sending this kind of garbage out shows why PizzaHut has gone down the crapper.

Sorriest excuse for a Pizza Hut I have ever seen. When I walked in a girl that worked there was sitting out front with her boyfriend. The other guy was in the back stuffing his face. He comes up to take my order and said the computer was not working and started pounding on it. I am a network admin and all he had to do was re-start the machine but refused. Neither employee was wearing a hat or was in any type of uniform. The place was nasty and We will never be back. This is part of the reason Pizza Hut is no longer a favorite.

They’ll never tell you if they don’t have a driver for delivery. They’ll accept the order, charge your card… and have you sitting around waiting for a pizza that’s never going to be delivered. At least call your delivery customers and inform them so they can make other arrangements if needed!!

The location at Parris Island Gateway is where I called in a delivery order. I signed up for the text alerts on my order status. I was quoted 25 to 35 minutes for a delivery. The alerts came fast. This was a good thing, BUT that was about it. I received an alert that my order was out for delivery, BUT an hour later it still had not arrived. When I called the store I was told they only had one driver. I opted to pick up because it was getting late. When I arrived, my daughter asked for a refund of my delivery fee since we had to pick up. The girl at the counter rolled her eyes and gave all kinds of attitude because of the request. On top of all of this, the cheese on the pizza and cheesy bread was burnt.
The positive is that she said the manager (male) was nice and said the delivery fee would be refunded. I just checked my account, and it was.

Got home to Bluffton the pizza was not correct. It was hard with not all the correct toppings it was supposed to be tavern style cut in squares .I called the store someone who stated that she was the manager answered the phone…she was short talking and rude. Never will I order from there again and I will be contacting the corporate office…I am the wrong person to be ugly with….when I am spending my hard earned money…I don’t care how much I pay it’s my money and I deserve and demand better service…find a new manager that knows how to speak to the customers.
