Lost a customer tonight of over 30 years on a 30 dollar order. It doesn’t take an hour to send a pizza 3 miles down the road. Pizza was cold and rock hard, couldn’t be eaten. Apparently went on a 30 minute ride around new albany, ingomar, Sharpe street.
If that’s the best you can do, close the doors. You’re best has become pathetic.

Always friendly delivery person, pizza is hot and as ordered. Second time to order sandwiches and the bread is still too hard to bite into, has to be sawed by a serrated knife. The insides are OK at best, no taste except that overcooked taste without the bread. Dips require a paper towel to absorb the grease before consuming. Excited to try the New Tots. They arrived…charred is the best description. The cheese was black, no bacon insight or discernable by taste and the tots were dry and crunchy. I rarely give a less than glowing review but this not a first or second time except for the tots. The pizza is always hot and cooked to perfection. I will just stick with pizza and forego other items.

Pizza was hot and fresh. Delivery driver was nice. Only complaint that I have is that the store put the wrong street number on my order so the driver left it next door on the neighbors porch. I got a texted saying orders delivered. I saw him drop it off and tried to stop him before he drove off. Luckily he called after he got down the street to tell me that he dropped it off. I let him know that he dropped it off at the wrong place so he came back and picked it up and brought it to me. Ii had put in my correct address but the store changed the last number of my street address to my neighbors.

Me and my boyfriend called quite a few times to place an order and nobody ever answered the phone. I made sure to check that we were calling while they were open just in case we weren’t and we were calling well before their closing time.
