Nice little deli on Horizon just south of the airport. Sandwiches and wraps are made fresh. Very clean with nice folks. Walk up counter. If they have the ingredients they will make what you want, but the New York sandwich is something special. Give them a try. You will enjoy their food

This is not your average sandwich shop. Very cool place, nice decor, friendly atmosphere. They were swamped today (lunch rush), so we had to wait a bit for our food, but the sandwiches were top notch. Well worth the wait.

Sandwiches were really good with a nice portion of meat. The staff was very polite and helpful. Great pick for passing through on I70 when you don’t want the same old fast food you can get anywhere.

I don’t normally give out 5 stars across the board, but The Cutting Board deserves it all! The staff are amazing and the food is even better! This is a MUST go if you are in the Grand Junction area!

Edit: 7/6/2023 – I just finished up with a sweet chili chicken wrap, and I have to say that is one of the best things I have ever had from the cutting board. The meat was fantastic and the flavors all blended together very well. This is an absolute must try if you are stopping here for lunch.

Came because the reviews were high. Sandwich is little over priced. $11 for just tuna sandwich (regular bread sizes) paid $18 total with drink and chips. Drink is small and chips only had 3 choices. Sandwich did taste good. Honestly nothing super good say. Neither bad. Not 4.7 star worthy

Amazing food. Some of the best sandwiches in the valley. Took a little bit to get food. Might have been understaffed, but other than a minor wait, absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend this place as a stop for anyone looking for a phenomenal sandwich

We needed a quick stop for lunch driving through town and this place had super high reviews. In the end, what we got was okay-not really that good but was fine for the purpose of eating on the road.

The menu has a fair amount of interesting options but knowing what I know now they probably sound more interesting than they taste. We grabbed the tuna melt & the turkey/hummus/avocado wrap. The former was, again, okay. I’m not entirely sure there was cheese on it and if there were it certainly wasn’t giving “melt”. The tuna itself I was happy to find there wasn’t too much mayo, maybe the best part of the sandwich. And the filling was plentiful with a nicely toasted bread. The wrap felt like something I could’ve gotten in a rest stop for half the price and would not order again. We also grabbed potato salad which I would not advise doing again.

The prices for the sandwiches are fine, but the prices for the drinks are astronomical. We ordered maybe ten minutes in advance and it was ready by the time we got there, which was nice because it seemed that the lunch rush had started and the one person behind the counter seemed a bit stressed by the influx of customers.

This place is really yummy but since they’ve switched locations their chicken salad Club is way different. It is still good but I can’t say I love inch long pieces of celery in my chicken salad, it used to be diced up.

The Cutting board is a cute little deli right on Horizon Drive. The Pastrami sandwich was on point and cooked perfectly. The chicken salad and coleslaw, however, were heavy on mayonnaise and light in color. I would not get those again, but there are many items I would try.
