One selection was steak burrito bowl. About half of the steak was not edible. I regret not ordering the chicken. Otherwise, flavor was good. Added pinto beans, cheese and veggies. I will return, but won’t order the steak. Order was ready on time.

Mr. Dahmer goggles really ruined my appetite tonight. I asked for an extra scoop of rice and after that, he immediately had an attitude and slammed around every utensil he used to make my bowl. Sorry I inconvenienced you so much. I wanted more corn than the bottom of the barrel half scoop I got but didn’t dare ask. I never had an issue with this location, really, but looking at the reviews I am not surprised that I am now leaving this sort of review too. Do better chipotle. I am just a chubby girl who likes rice, didn’t know it was such a big deal.

This review is directed specifically at whoever worked the mobile order station at closing time on 1/6/26.
Both my burrito and my bowl were embarrassingly small. Not “a little light.” Not debatable. Objectively unacceptable portions that never should have left the line.
If these portions had been placed in front of me at the counter, I would have immediately refused them and asked for them to be remade. The only reason this made it out the door is because it was a mobile order — and that says everything.
I am not a heavy eater, I do not complain about portions, and I do not leave reviews lightly. Receiving two separate items that were both this undersized removes any excuse of error. This was either complete negligence or a deliberate decision to short a customer who wasn’t standing there to see it happen.
Whoever was responsible for mobile orders during this shift should not be working that station until they understand what an acceptable portion actually is. This reflects poorly on the store and on Chipotle as a whole.

Friendly efficient staff serving up your favorite customizable fresh Mexican food. Make sure you have the app to get free food rewards. The only downside to this location is the size. It’s very small! Didn’t count chairs but on a Sunday at the after-church rush, there weren’t quite enough chairs for everyone that was in line. Otherwise, great. Vegan and vegetarian options available. Veggie bowl in includes guac for free or you can get softitas (tofu).

The food tasted good, but they didn’t give us silverware, and our chips were stale It was easy to order off the app. Being able to go through the drive-through made it super easy but again our chips were stale. Could not even eat them. We tried to a few, but they were not good.

So I eat here about once or twice every two weeks out of convenience to my home. The portions are always terrible. They rush you through the lines like you are an inconvenience. The dark haired guy with the tattoo right at his sleeve always has the worst attitude and portions. I always ask for a side of lime juice and they hoard it like its coming out if their pay check. Barely giving me enough for my bowl. I really hope the staff gets with it some day

The man who took my order they had to call over to do his job, I believe Michael and he wouldn’t slow down to hear anything I said even though I was the only customer in the building. Was very very rude and was very reluctant and giving me more rice cheese and beans which is a first.

I have tried giving this location a bunch of attempts due to the convenience of its location. The food is always gross. The chips are always beyond stale. The rice is hardly ever seasoned properly. The guacamole tastes like mashed avocado. It doesn’t even taste like they attempt to season the guacamole. The chips feel and taste like they are days old every single time. The meats are hit or miss. Sometimes they are decent other times they taste old and disgusting. The location is clean, that’s the only positive this place has going for it. The staff is usually pretty rude especially if you have an issue with the order or they forget to include something you asked and paid for and then you correct them politely about the issue. This place desperately needs new management than can either replace every single employee with people that actually care about doing their jobs correctly or to properly train and hold the current employees properly accountable to do their jobs properly. It’s sad when McDonald’s offers a better product and better service.

I have tried this chipotle location multiple times over the past two years because it’s the closest to me. I have yet to have a good experience. I went this afternoon and the young man who made my order had a terrible attitude. Every table was dirty and the floor was dirty. There was no ice in the drink machine. I informed the employees that there was no ice and they did nothing about it. The entire time I was there eating, they never filled the ice machine. And worse than that, they continued giving cups to a dozen customers after me without giving them ice and each time the customer had to walk back up to the front to ask for ice. I feel like it is the common sense to just fill up the cups with ice from the drive through ice machine for each customer before giving it to them until you have time to fill up the lobby. The guacamole had very large pieces of onion in it and peel from the avocado. For how expensive the entrees have gotten at chipotle, don’t waste your money at this location. Drive the extra distance to a different location.
