Absolutely love the theme of this place, it has its own designated parking. Good for families, couples and singles. They did mess up my order and had to redo it which did take a good amount of time. The staff was super sweet. Warning this place can get busy really fast so I’d suggest to come at an off time. Very small seating area but they do take out as well. My main issue is the dumplings although fresh where way more expensive then anticipated, the service was on the slower side and overall the dumplings just fell apart. The taste was good and I know they were fresh, would come again for the soup dumplings. The filling in the pan fried dumplings were not my favorite. They are on the bigger & greasier side. Very filling and kept well in the fridge for the next day.

Then came the surprise. The prices. In Vienna, this almost feels illegal. Shrimp tempura under $7, dumplings at $9.99, and a massive bubble tea for $5. I did a double take.
The dumplings delivered. Substantial, properly filled, and far more satisfying. The shrimp tempura was crisp and honest, especially for the price, and the bubble tea was exactly what it should be. It’s a casual café with a homemade food feel, priced at or below fast food, which is kind of unbelievable right now. If you’re craving something affordable, filling, and genuinely good, Panda Cafe is worth your time.

Delicious food, friendly service. Tried an assortment of things: panda dumplings, chicken dumplings, fried rice, edamame, and more. Everything was very good. The lady working was extremely nice and gave the kids little Chinese new years gifts.

This spot was such a great find! The food was delicious, portions were just right, and everything came out super fast and fresh. I tried the gyudon beef bowl for $15.98 and it was absolutely worth it—tender, flavorful beef with perfectly cooked rice MUST TRY! . We devoured it so quickly I barely had time to take a picture (just the empty plate left ). The dumplings were also a hit. The restaurant was very clean, prices are fair, and the owner is so nice. Please please come visit!! It’s definitely worth it.

Fresh handmade dumplings! We got 4 different dishes, and all were tasty and fresh. For the area, the pricing makes sense. Good service too.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Dumplings are fresh and some of the best I’ve had in the area. Tried the scallion pancakes, shrimp dumplings, the pork & chives dumplings, and the pork soup dumplings. Can’t even choose a favorite, they were all great. Super friendly and sweet staff, highly recommend!
