I was sooooo disappointed. First, The pop machine had no carbonation. I went and informed the cashier….she said they would fix it. They never did and I watched them continue to charge customers for a combo when the pop wasn’t optimal. Second the food took forever! I got the chicken cutlet sandwich and let’s just say the it was not worth the wait!. The chicken was so hard and dry. It was like they took old cooked chicken and warmed it up in the deep fryer.
I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews because I love the Wichita food scene…but 40 dollars for a meal that was basically inedible.
First off, the customer service is out of this world. The staff here is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, too—whether you need a recommendation or have specific dietary questions, they know their stuff. It’s always refreshing when you walk into a place where the staff seems genuinely happy to help, and at 360 Deli, that’s exactly the vibe you get. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of.
But what really blew me away was the food. Seriously, the quality is on another level. Every bite I had tasted like it was crafted with love and expertise. You can tell that they know exactly what they’re doing and that they’ve perfected every dish they offer. The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and it’s clear that a lot of thought goes into making each item on the menu. Whether it’s a sandwich, a salad, or one of their other specialty items, everything is consistently top-notch. I found myself craving it every day and honestly, I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. The flavors are bold, the textures are spot-on, and everything just comes together perfectly. There’s this unique blend of quality and creativity that makes every bite feel like an experience.
What’s really impressive is how they manage to make you feel like you’re getting a one-of-a-kind experience with every meal. The attention to detail is apparent in everything from the presentation to the flavors. It’s obvious that they care deeply about what they do and about creating a connection with their customers through food. You can’t help but keep coming back for more because they make you feel like you’re part of something special.
I genuinely hope others check out 360 Deli because once you’ve tasted it for yourself, you’ll understand exactly what I mean. It’s one of those places that stays with you long after you leave, and I can’t wait to return. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit. If you ever find yourself in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t regret it. This place is a must-visit, and I’ll definitely be back time and time again.
Thank you to the best chef Nas and his amazing team . ♥️
Stopped by 360 Deli today for lunch. Well…. it was 9:30am, lol. Anyways, I ordered the Fajita Cheesesteak and my baby ordered a Bowl with Lamb. I’ll just say, it was fantastic. My Fajita Cheesesteak, spicy and full of goodness. I didn’t try her bowl, but I did eat a bite of Lamb. I’ve never had Lamb before as far as I remember, but I thought it wasn’t bad at all. 360 Deli doesn’t seem like it gets a lot of business, and it is on the pricier side for what you get, but it was well worth it to me. They definitely deserve more business.
Delicious? Absolutely!
Clean? Yes!
Fast? Nooooooo
Worth the wait? Yes
I saw at least five frustrated customers ahead of me who each waited 35-45 minutes for their orders. I definitely think an acknowledgement by the server (e.g. “so sorry for your wait”) and maybe a free cookie, bag of chips, or fountain drink while they waited would have gone a LONG WAY.
I love this place and pray that the owners heed this advice. It’s worth a 75 cent gesture of goodwill to earn repeat customers.
