I placed an order to go. The services was friendly.
The pupusas are lacking flavor and filling. Even the curtido is lacking color and flavor.
Worst of all, my partner found a rock inside one of the pupusas while eating it.
I also ordered the prepared yuka with chicharrón which only came with 2 small chunks of chicharrón. I don’t feel like you get your moneys worth here.
It’s safe to say that I will not be returning. If you plan to visit inspect your pupusas before you bite into them.

Got 5 quite big bones in my chicken sandwich, the rest of what was to be meat was instead fat or skin, hardly a sliver of meat, and the other ingredients in the sandwich were not fresh. The chicken tamales were ok, almost good, but had almost no meat whatsoever. I wanted to give this a 1 rating, but the service at the register was kind, and the atmosphere feels good. It could be a good place to sit and chill over some of the drinks they serve, but I did not get a chance to try out the drinks with our to-go meal.

The carne de la plancha was cooked good but could have been a bit bigger cut of meat. The pupusas especial were good but expected a bit more meat. The service was good and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall would come back but only for the street fare foods and bakery options.

One of my favorite restaurants for El Salvadorian food since moving to MN. Service is great, atmosphere is lively and plenty of seating. I usually get Papusas but they offer a good variety and they are well prepared for the price. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend picked us up papusas for dinner. While eating the papusa I bit into something hard and noticed a small rock was inside my papusa… Papusa was super flavorless and had next to no filling.

This place was something else. We came to this restaurant to enjoy authentic salvadorian. We walk in and the music being played is only Mexican song after Mexican song. We needed to order the food at the register and pay right after. We ordered our food and we got a yuca frita with chicharrón. I’m all places we have ordered this before the sauce and curtido are given separately. My yuca was drenched in the sauce and curtido making it mushy and sloppy. The small pieces of chicharrón were more skin than meat. Bad plate overall. We order tamal de elote fried with crème. The crème tasted extremely sour and did not eat it. The pupusas were asked to be revueltas but when you open them all you see is beans and cheese. Where is the meat portion to this?? Idk. The pupusas did not have a good taste. The waitress was nice but she didn’t come and ask if everything was okay there were busy gossiping with the cook. This restaurant is not a representation to Salvadorian Food. This is not the place to go at all. They need to work on the food prep. Because things are salty , drenched in sauce or just mediocre taste overall.

Ordered a pan con pollo & pasteles through the phone and asked for only cucumber and radish to be put on my sandwich. They added radish, coleslaw, beets & i found a bone in my sandwich & still no cucumber…. the pasteles were not good either.

What I had was good, but had language barrier issues when ordering. Ordered empanadas, but never got them. Many things on the menu were out which was disappointing. Will try again and hopefully will have a better experience.
