Everything about this place is 5 stars. My husband and I went there for the first time on Saturday and were blown away by the food quality and also their service. There is no place in Lee county like this little hole in the wall. The chef is amazing and interacted with us all while cooking the most amazing food. The girls that were servicing us were also so amazing and attentive. We will be going back to taste their ever changing menu!
Everything was 5/5 but we were particularly pleased with the gnocchi, tacos, pork belly, cauliflower, and smoke wagyu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Literally blown away with how good this place was. My gf and I have eaten at a good number of the local fine dining establishments, new and old in Ft. Myers, and Liberty is legit the best. We had 5 absolutely fantastic dishes, and a cookie for dessert, all of which were cooked to perfection. I’m genuinely shook with how good this place was. We will definitely be back.

This place is honestly a hidden gem. It doesn’t look super fancy when you walk in—kinda small and low-key—but don’t let that fool you. The food is insane. Everything is tapas-style, so smaller portions, but every single dish was packed with flavor and just really well done. Felt like something you’d get at one of those fancy Michelin star places, but without the crazy prices. The service was super friendly too, really personal touch. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Fort Myers. If you’re into great food that’s way better than what they charge for it, you def gotta check this place out.

This place was highly recommended by couple of friends and it did not disappoint! We ordered several dishes thinking we can take leftovers home but to our surprise, we ate them all! Everything is delicious but the Gnocchi and curry were my favs. We will definitely go back and order different things to try everything. We sat at the bar so had a clear view of the kitchen and were able to interact with the chef who was very nice. Our water was always filled and wine never empty. It’s a small restaurant so reservations are a must. I would highly recommend this restaurant. I forgot to get a photo of the cod curry but it was delicious.

Probably the only local restaurant i get excited to go to now adays. The food is great, every dish is a work of art. I always leave inspired and wanting to go home and get creative in my own kitchen.

Liberty is all about sharing incredible bites in a high-energy, intimate space—and it did not disappoint. We shared 5 dishes, and every single one was beyond delicious. The staff made the experience even better with their amazing service and fun interactions.
My absolute favorites? The medium rare chocolate chip cookie—and the lamb ragu, which I seriously could not get enough of. Both were next-level!

Absolutely blown away EVERY SINGLE TIME! With food this incredible, I appreciate that Liberty is reservation-only because otherwise it would be packed constantly and I would probably never have the pleasure of going… I love the small-party/intimate atmosphere, and minimal yet artistic style, keeping distraction from the culinary experience at a minimum. And I truly mean culinary EXPERIENCE. Menu items seem to change relatively frequently, which is great for people who often like trying something new. All of the food and wines are delicious, the kitchen and waitstaff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and I love being able to watch the chefs at work from the bar top. With music playing that seems to suit the current mood of the kitchen, I truly feel like I am watching artists getting into the zone and painting masterpieces! Posting pictures from 2 different visits and I am salivating just thinking about these plates… My absolute favorite restaurant and I look forward to coming back soon!!

Amazing experience. The staff is chill and down to earth. The atmosphere is laid back. The food is absolutely incredible. I am a big time foodie and being able to really break down each dish and taste individual components, plus enjoy it all together was just an all around enjoyable experience. Absolutely recommend and will 100% go back. Thanks to Katie for taking care of us, and the rest of the staff for a great time. 🙂
