They will let someone sit in their drive-thru until it’s exactly closing time…THEN with a huge smile let the customer behind them know “we’re closed I’m so sorry have a great night”. Not the first time or the second time. But there won’t be a third time.

We ordered a turtle sundae, which we’ve enjoyed at various places around town, but this one was nothing special. We were asked if we wanted a cherry, to which we said yes, but it was never included. The employees seemed disengaged and more focused on each other than on the customers. We decided to give it another try the next day during the daytime, but unfortunately, the experience was the same. Additionally, when handing over our change, the employee accidentally dropped the money but didn’t acknowledge it or apologize, which was disappointing.

Went today and waited at the window for walk ups for five minutes. Didn’t look like a soul was there. Heck even questioned if they were open! Looked through the windows and didn’t see a person. So we drove through the drive through and sure enough someone came immediately. She was nice as can be but clearly avoided helping us as a walk up

Their custards are amazing. There is so much to choose from, and the valet ordering in the parking lot makes waiting time a quick in and out. The employees are so friendly and have a great time. The atmosphere is really upbeat and has the old drive thru aesthetic. Needed a place like this. The late hours make it a winner for our area.

Everything at Andy’s is good but takes that extra step toward almost being too much. It’s good, though! There isn’t any atmosphere other than a window you can walk up to and a bench if you want to sit down. The area is clean. The servers are void of personality.

Went here yesterday around 1 pm. Had never been here before, as the place is pretty new and wanted to give it a shot. It is a dine outside/in your car type of establishment, which is fine, as the other local custard place we have is as well. The price was comparable, slightly on the higher side, also perfectly fine. The custard also tasted fine as well.
The 2 star rating comes from the customer service from the girl at the walk up window. No smile, no words…nothing. Just a blank stare. Not sure if she was having an off day, RBF, or what her problem was, but I think I will be taking my business back to the local custard place I already go to. The workers there actually speak/smile to their customers.

Very disappointed. Tried ordering 2 cups of custard which is listed on the bottom right of the menu. Young lady taking orders on the sidewalk stated that they don’t have but one size in a kids cup. Upon my explaining to look at the bottom right of the menu that was 10’ away she said I’ll go check on it. She walked further away and went inside to never return. The line moved and I was next for the window. I drove off because she appeared to not want my money. I went to Freddy’s where I had great service. I understand they just opened but the menu was right beside her and she refused to even look at it. I know I’m not the first person to order a cup. They show small,medium, large and extra large on the menu. I’ll try them later but as of now the review is a 1 star.
