I must brag on Arianna! We spoke on a Friday evening before my son’s baby shower. I completely forgot to place my food order that night — it slipped my mind, then i realized what i had not done yet, around 9 PM.
The next morning, to my surprise, Arianna personally texted me to make sure my order had gone through because she couldn’t find it online. Her timing was absolutely perfect! She went above and beyond, showing genuine care and professionalism when I needed it most.
Thank you, Arianna, for saving the day and making our baby shower a success! Subway is lucky to have someone like you.

You do not get what you pay for.
Im looking at this sandwich and it’s a very sad sandwich.
They didn’t even put any sauce on my sandwich. She just threw VERY LITTLE veggies on it, not even all the veggies I asked, wrapped it up and made me pay for it.
It kinda seemed they were ready to get customers out of the store. I had one person waiting behind me.
I knew I wasnt satisfied with my sandwich as I was walking out the door.
I knew I just wasted my money.
now here I am with this little thin 6 inch sandwich that I paid over $7 for, that I’m not even interested in eating. I should’ve chose a different place for lunch because I definitely could have made a better sandwich at home.
I’m very disappointed. I will drive out of my way to a different location because I will not be back.
I ordered on the app, it charged me, and they said that they never got it. The employee called Doris and she said I would have to order the sandwiches again for them to make them. They told me to order on the app because it is “easier”
I ordered AGAIN and they charged me AGAIN, and apparently they still didn’t get it.
I asked to speak to the manager, and Doris was extremely unfriendly. She told me “that’s too bad” and that it “wasn’t their fault” and that if I wanted the sandwiches, I could order them for a THIRD time. I showed them my bank statements and the app where my order was and Doris refused to just let them make the sandwiches for me. Told me they were “unable to”
When I asked “how is this customer service?” She laughed and said that there was nothing she could do, and it had nothing to do with “customer service”
Avoid this location. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.
