⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Arianna – Subway, 19th & S. Santa Fe, Moore, OK

I must brag on Arianna! We spoke on a Friday evening before my son’s baby shower. I completely forgot to place my food order that night — it slipped my mind, then i realized what i had not done yet, around 9 PM.

The next morning, to my surprise, Arianna personally texted me to make sure my order had gone through because she couldn’t find it online. Her timing was absolutely perfect! She went above and beyond, showing genuine care and professionalism when I needed it most.

Thank you, Arianna, for saving the day and making our baby shower a success! Subway is lucky to have someone like you.

This is the Worst location. The food is made skimpy, they have barricaded the glass with chairs and chip stands (I’m assuming because their too lazy to clean it and don’t want people touching the glass when choosing their toppings), and will not accept paper coupons?????? What??? I asked the guy who the owner was, he couldn’t tell me. I asked for the manager, she said it’s because it’s a franchise. Literally any other subway will accept them. Save yourself the time and money and use a different location. Do not go here.

The food was good, my only complaint was that when I got home my little girl was very sad that her kids meal was missing the applesauce and the juice box. Also as you can see on the receipt, I ordered the sandwich with Italian cheese bread and it was on white. You can’t say it was busy, because there was absolutely no one else there. It’s way too much trouble to go back. Just felt bad for my little girl.

I did not like this subway.
You do not get what you pay for.
Im looking at this sandwich and it’s a very sad sandwich.
They didn’t even put any sauce on my sandwich. She just threw VERY LITTLE veggies on it, not even all the veggies I asked, wrapped it up and made me pay for it.
It kinda seemed they were ready to get customers out of the store. I had one person waiting behind me.
I knew I wasnt satisfied with my sandwich as I was walking out the door.
I knew I just wasted my money.
now here I am with this little thin 6 inch sandwich that I paid over $7 for, that I’m not even interested in eating. I should’ve chose a different place for lunch because I definitely could have made a better sandwich at home.
I’m very disappointed. I will drive out of my way to a different location because I will not be back.

The employees and service was great! Super nice people, but when I walked in with my newspaper coupons, I was immediately greeted with a comment that they do not accept paper coupons. I’m grateful they stated that upon my arrival. It’s funny, I would have spent more money, if they would have taken my coupon. Instead I got the minimum of what I needed, which was a really scrawny sandwich.

Ordered online. Given wrong bread, paid for extra protein and I could only see 1 single slice of bacon on my 12” sub. That sandwich was not acceptable and I dare the store to try and serve a person in store that same sandwich. Terrible customer service. Overpriced.

Not a terrible store, it’s crazy people don’t understand the reason why they don’t take coupons. It’s a Franchise so they have the right to take it or not. But my only issue with this store is a lack of urgency. They move so slowww! But customer service is great.

My family has been coming to this location for a long time. Today I went in and ordered. When it was time to pay the employees said this franchise location no longer accepted Subway coupons, but apparently every other location in Moore does! Staff was friendly but will definitely start going to a different location now. Still don’t know how Subway locations can pick and choose whether they want to honor Subway coupons! Will be telling all our friends, family, and business owners not to go to this location.

Doris knight the manager refused to give me my money back after I called and no one answered and couldn’t cancel my order online. They made no effort to re make the sandwich nor did I get my refund Horrible store . Horrible customer service.

Doris, the manager, is absolutely horrible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced

I ordered on the app, it charged me, and they said that they never got it. The employee called Doris and she said I would have to order the sandwiches again for them to make them. They told me to order on the app because it is “easier”

I ordered AGAIN and they charged me AGAIN, and apparently they still didn’t get it.

I asked to speak to the manager, and Doris was extremely unfriendly. She told me “that’s too bad” and that it “wasn’t their fault” and that if I wanted the sandwiches, I could order them for a THIRD time. I showed them my bank statements and the app where my order was and Doris refused to just let them make the sandwiches for me. Told me they were “unable to”

When I asked “how is this customer service?” She laughed and said that there was nothing she could do, and it had nothing to do with “customer service”

Avoid this location. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.
