Idk their pronoun, but the person who made my sandwich had an attitude. I asked how was their day and they said they just got there lol oh my…. Anyways everything I asked for on my sandwich they just smacked it on and when I asked for guacamole they smothered/drenched my sandwich in it. This person had an attitude the whole time and idk what kind of morning they had but it reflected their customer service. Will never get food there again. Don’t recommend this spot. Also they used the same gloves they switch the utensils with on the food. Cross contamination.

There was a rude guy with pony tail. That seemed to be annoyed by having to do his job. None of the employees were wearing name badges. As long as that employee works here I will not be returning.

I was rudely talked to and yelled at by an employee named John just by being on the phone trying to ask what kind of sandwich my brother wanted. And the rest of the experience was awful because he kept complaining and saying that I need to put in a 24 hour notice just to get two foot-long’s. This is ridiculous.

4th time i have tried to get a late sandwich and your “oven is being cleaned “ if you can only serve cold sandwiches then close the business have me constantly wasting my time and on top of that there’s no number I can call to ask if the oven is clean and working doesn’t matter if it’s 12am or 1 am that oven is closed with that being said I’m done with this establishment they failed to satisfy

can’t believe, they never have the oven working, they never have enough bread, or they are close… ( these is between 12 & 4am).. every time, and to top it, t ether the lady the works there when we make the remarks about it, she tells me just to go someplaceelse; and when i tell the manager, they say the same thing, then very disappointing… pilot i thought you guys trained your employees better…

I walked into pilot in eloy az to get a 6 $ deal of the day. And I had mentioned that I’m homless living in my car to a staff member named John and he paid for my sandwich. A couple of months ago I had lost my job as a truck driver so my girlfriend of 6 years asked me to leave because I could no longer help out financially. So I’ve been applying to jobs everyday and doordashing a little to get me by everyday . I’ve been living in my car . The kindness of John was amazing. There are still good people in the world.

Just left subway 2/14 about 8pm
Horrible customer service. It was not busy only 2 customers in line and I waited 30 min because they could not get it together. The line was not stocked and when it was my turn the employee had attitude and made me feel uncomfortable for wanting to add ingredients (lettuce) to my sandwiches. The faces and vibes were not nice at all. I was patient and wasn’t rushing them or being rude or complicated and they just were not profressional. They had to close down just so they can restock. It being the only subway for our town and truck stop I think they would be more prepared.
