I stopped in during the ice storm as they were the only indoor restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. They were very busy but extremely efficient. Soon after I realized that I was coming down with FLU A, and while standing in line began feeling weak and dizzy. I explained that I was feeling ill and they were nice enough to come to the table and take the remainder of my order. The food was tasty, fresh and prepared very quickly!

Worst experience ever. I walk in and order a breakfeaat sandwich which comes on flat bread. She didn’t no anything. She put cold meat on my sandwich didn’t heat it up at all. She couldn’t find anything. No apologies nothing. Then says if you wanna complain the manager isn’t here. I told her that I would not want the sandwich anymore and to have a nice day. I think she needs some more training. She’s the one in the picture. This needs manager attention

Food was over cooked, bread was hard.
Asked girl to heat the steak twice, it is usually in its own container and would be fine if the it was heated in the container instead of on the bread. I could not see what she was doing until it was too late. I also asked for mozzarella cheese and got a cheese blend. Store did not have any pickles. I got home and food was not edible.

I don’t leave reviews often, but had to for the employees here. They were SO friendly and helpful. This is so rare in fast food these days. I visited on 6/28 around 3pm for the manager to given the two ladies that helped us some kudos for excellent customer service!

I made a online order, should have just went in and ordered in person so I could watch them make my food, ordered a ham sandwich with lettuce and pickles tasted like onions sandwich was not toasted like ordered, paid extra for a bottle drink and got a cup drink gross, missing chips. This is usually my go to store and it’s always great and fresh, not today and phone is off the hook so you can’t call them and no since In driving back up there waste of money on has and food. Just ridiculous that people who work in the food industry don’t give a crap about the way they serve food just throw it out there.

One gal was helping a customer with 12 footlongs while we waited more than 10 minutes. Then another gal comes out from the bad playing with bread the she spent more time changing out some veggies that were not needed then disappeared to the back again. The person in front of me looked at me and said I feel like I’m getting punked! We had a good laugh as to not get upset because we have now been in line for over 20 minutes. Yes if we knew how long it would take we would have moved on. We are traveling and already had so much time invested we had to stay. You need a sign on the door that warns people you are not fast food! What happened to your customer service? Not even the traditional “welcome to Subway”.

I will never eat here again. The service was horrible. She obviously hates her job and to be honest she is horrible at it. My footlong had 4 pieces of turkey! I basically had a Mayo sandwich. Do not stop here, save yourself.

Ladies were fantastic. They were fast and great customer service. The Manager (I didn’t get her name before leaving) was excellent. We are from Florida and don’t see this kind of service any more. It’s the little things in life when it comes to acts of kindness. We need more of that in this world.
