I ordered tonight via the mobile app. I referenced I had a tuna allergy and the staff were amazing! I showed up a tad early. They let me know they used veggies and surfaces away from the tuna and that haven’t been in contact with tuna. Some may say “well that’s what they’re suppose to do.” Well as someone with this allergy I can express my allergy doesn’t always get taken seriously. Those two working tonight went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’ll be returning to this subway.

The problem I seem to have going to this location is the employees are very skimpy with the Veggie ingredients. I did an online order and asked for extra onion and pickle in addition to other veggies. And the picture shows the little pieces of onion and I barely received any Lettuce. So when ordering online I just wish the employees would still treat the customer the same and create a descent sub.

This is the second time I’ve come in @8-830 when the website and sign say 10, and everything be put up and the store looks like it’s closing. Teenagers giving teenage “Why are you here?!” Attitudes because they have to do their job. I had a cold meatball sub last time because they were put up, WELL before 8 if they’re already cold after being in the warmer all day. Tighten up subway, this location sucks.

Very rude because we came in at 8:45 and it says they close at 10 on the website and on the door. The girl that took our order at first seemed very annoyed that we came in as they were already putting everything away and she had to put everything out again. If the hours are not right maybe make sure they are so your customers are not treated poorly. I feel bad for the guy that was working with her because her attitude was very poor and rude. And not to mention they are very very bad about veggies and not giving you as much as they should. I always get a veggie sub and seems like it keeps getting skinner and skinner each time I get it. For how expensive they are you’d think you wouldn’t be so cheap on veggies.

Doesn’t accept coupons…? Employees said nothing as we entered and waited at the counter to place our order, but I didn’t end up ordering at all. If you don’t accept the coupons your company mails out, I don’t accept you as a viable food option and will take my business elsewhere.

My favorite subway in bryan. Very cleanly, kind staff that remembers my order, always worth the wait and There’s no flies like Walmart. But I have noticed subs are getting very thin. I only get a 6 inch so this kind of sucks

First time at this location. They were out of alot of bread. Also their menu is half the menu of the archbold and stryker location. This location barely constitutes as a subway it’s a shell of a location. Will not be back will gladly drive the 20 mins to archbold.
