The quality of this place has REALLY REALLY gone down over the years. The food is gross and overpriced. The customer service is terrible. And nobody is ever at the establishment when I come like it use to be in the past and that just tells me that many others feel the same way. It’s super sad. Tonight was my last time supporting this business. I won’t be back. The food is NOT fresh at all. It was dry and it tasted like it was cooked a few days ago. And it made my stomach hurt. I should have paid with my debit card and disputed the charges. Smh. Unbelievable.

I tried.. I’ve been here before the food was ok I thought I’ll try them again since they are the closest with roti but yet again they disappoint. I paid $45 for this and which is curry goat and oxtails.. both boxes was cold and had to heat up in the microwave once I got home and this is no where near $45 which of food. I blame myself as I knew I should’ve just drove the distance and went to brown sugar, smh never again

The curry chicken wasn’t high on the list as far as being good. It was after 7:30pm on a Thursday, so I’m glad they were open, but the food didn’t taste fresh. The guy was nice, the food was good enough and the small platter had enough food for $10.

I really like the man that is there. He’s always nice to me when I come in. It is authentic Jamaican food And conveniently located near my house. The prices are similar to other restaurants. It has a home style atmosphere. This isn’t a place where I would host a swanky event, but it is a nice place to grab a platter and go home on a rainy day. I find that this restaurant has the nicest customer service of other restaurants that I have been in where when you come in if you’re not Jamaican, you will not be served first. This restaurant takes you first come first serve.

Ordered curry goat on DoorDash ,lady called and said they didn’t have it and she would send a small oxtail platter which was fine . She did not send my food ,just a soda and a cold Pattie . Then she called DoorDash so I couldn’t report that the food never arrived. I had to chat with DoorDash for a refund to my card . Very rude on the phone ,lady has very bad customer service .

Mac and cheese tasted like it was made the day before and microwaved at least 3x before it was put in my platter. The jerk chicken had a very strange taste almost like it wasn’t chicken. And the cabbage wasn’t notable. I don’t understand how a business could be so careless with the food they are serving to people. And I hadn’t been to this place in a while and don’t remember the food being so bad. Very disappointed.

So I haven’t been to this place in years and I didn’t remember what the food was like I was only here one time before that I can remember. Well coming back was a mistake. My order was barbecue jerk, wings, six piece and a beef patty. I got more wings than I asked for which was a good thing until I tasted it . My chicken was microwaved you can hear them using it and the beef patty taste like a beef patty that you buy at the supermarket. None of that would have mattered if the food was good but I’m sorry to say the food was horrible. If you go here, avoid the beef patty and avoid the chicken and don’t pay with cash because they don’t have change to break a 20.
