In the last 35 orders of dominos cause I normally order at least 2 times a week have spent over 1500 dollars . I called today to my local dominos in cedar falls iowa on colledge st to let them know how dissatisfied I was with my order last night and that I had the products to give back to them and all I was asking for was for them to be made correctly not any money back or anything just for my food to be made correctly. Ely the mgr had bad attitude towards me and said that it was not going to happen . I asked for his mgrs name and when he’d be in and he refused to give it .overall normally I’m ok with my orders but when you order a pizza that is supposed to have light sauce XTRA CHEESE bacon and pepperoni on it it should at least come with that also thier cinnamon bites had no butter and hardly any sugar or cinnamon on them and were dry as hell. His attitude towards me dis not help as I will be updating this review daily until the issue is resolved . I expect quality food to come when I have spent the amount of money that I have in just 35 orders . Dominos do better do right and fix this .

I ordered pretty late tbh but the Alfredo cheese sauce was so minimal and so burnt that I don’t even know why they sent it. The parm bites were good but dude I honestly would have rather just not gotten the 3 oz of cheese with burnt pieces… if you’re gonna order late I guess just don’t. Well, first off, you can’t hear anything the employees are saying and they can’t hear you either because the rap music is so loud at night time. I had to repeat myself multiple times.
Second, every single time I have ordered the bread bowl, despite having told them about the issue, the bottom of it comes out tasting and looking doughy. It’s not an appetizing taste. It tastes slimy and I can never eat the actual bread part of the breadbowl.
I’ve ordered this multiple times thinking they must have just pulled it too soon, but no, it comes out under cooked every time.

What could possibly be said. My words will do no justice to the art that has been placed in front of me at this immaculate establishment. The quality of the food defies human comprehension. We owe it all to this man, Jonathan. Jonathan is Atlas and this Dominos is the Earth. I feel the Lord’s presence in this Dominos tonight. The parmesan bread bites were crisp on the outside but so so so soft in the center. The perfect temperature to be warm, but not to scald the mouth. The medium sized cheese pizza was incredibly made. The proportions of the pizza were made so expertly and accurately that in each bite, it was the perfect amount of each ingredient. Joel was also there. He stood next to the bright light, that was Jonathan. Also, the girl with bee earrings was pretty cool.

Ordered pizza and stuffed cheesy bread for my wife and I, received specialty chicken instead. Driver was rude and didn’t have food in a bag to stay warm, called to get correct order and received really rude treatment from rep at the store. Got correct item delivered and it had clearly been sitting out the whole time and once again wasn’t transported in a bag so was cold. Ended up ordering elsewhere because calling back led to getting berated by employee.

In the past the pizza has always been fresh and hot out of the oven when i picked it up. I order extra cheese and can tell they put it on there. Not tonight! Pizza was cold no cheese tasted like it sat there all day. Not the same people cooking tonite not the same atmosphere and definitely not the same pizza. Very disappointed
