I saw this beef hotpot restaurant on TikTok and it was highly rated. So, my family drove almost an hour to get here. We arrived in the evening, so finding parking on the street was quite easy. The restaurant is spacious inside, and the staff are cheerful and friendly. So, I really want to give it 5 stars. I came here because I saw a TikTok post about the beef hotpot and grilled pork udder (I didn’t see this on the menu so I didn’t pay attention to the price when ordering). Both dishes were highly recommended, so I ordered both to try. The beef hotpot, for 2-3 people at $39, was very reasonable and delicious. However, I was a little disappointed with the grilled pork udder; the portion wasn’t large, and it wasn’t very tasty and was overcooked, not meeting my expectations. I only found out the price was $30 when I got home, so I felt it wasn’t worth the money. Therefore, this dish was deducted points for being unappetizing and overpriced. If you have the chance to visit, don’t forget to try the beef hot pot here; you’ll definitely be satisfied. I will comeback because of this hotpot and try more.

We went during brunch on a holiday and it was busy, but there was plenty of parking. The food was decent with large portions, and there’s a big menu with lots I still want to try. Service could be better, we didn’t get enough spoons and staff weren’t very accommodating. They also host birthday parties. I’d come back to try more dishes!

Very spacious restaurant. Great for big party. Food and service is on point. I didn’t expect a full Viet menu at this place but they have a wide variety of authentic Viet food. Also ask for their secret menu if you’re up for any new experiences. I had Hoi An chicken rice, sweet and salty fried chicken cartilage.

This is the first Vietnamese hotpot + seafood boil restaurant we have ever experienced. The menu was so diverse and unique! The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a flavorful and delicious hotpot and got to also satisfy our catfish po’boy craving too. Where else can one find that?

Also worth a mention is that the restaurant plus washroom were pretty clean.

Really awesome Vietnamese restaurant in south Seattle that my friend and I popped into! The waitress and all the staff were super kind and even provided us with free fries for a longer-than-expected wait.

I had the wonton egg noodle soup and it was delicious with so much flavor. The meat was super tender and went well with the broth and some chili oil/sriracha.

Will definitely stop by soon to try their seafood boil!

Went in with not much of expectations but this is gonna be our go to comfort spot from now on! Pho is so good and it came in hot stone bowl that kept my soup hot the whole time which I love. And their chili oil is so good too. We sample their crunchy intestine and it’s 10/10 too! Service is super fast and efficient. Clean place overall!

My hubby and I came in for a late lunch and our first visit here. I had the sandwich with pork, and it was wonderful. My hubby had the dish with noodle and greens with pork and shrimp and a egg roll( i can’t remember the name) but he thought it was the best he has ever had. And he’s he’d it in meny places, even in las vegas.. The service was top notch, very friendly and helpfull… We even came back on Wednesday ( but they were closed)… But we will be back… Thank you so much for being a resturant that cares…..

What an amazing place!! The broth was boiling hot and the flavors molded really well. The spring rolls were soft and flavorful. The raw beef was bright red and super soft once cooked by the broth. Will come back again when I’m back in Seattle.

Surreal dinner experience— in a bad way. A napkin caught fire, my partner burned his elbow, and I ate a mouthful of raw meat.

The “hot pot” is a monumental safety hazard. The broth is served in a TJ Max decorative bowl that is NOT insulated at all, so every part of it is hot to the touch, even the lid. This would be fine if they gave you a cloth or a mitt but instead, the staff themselves had to force the lid open with rolled up napkins and a knife because the lid was dented into the pot and wouldn’t open. It was also boiling on a rickety burner, and the propane was VERY pungent and enveloping the table.

As a table, we ordered a combo of crawfish boil, seafood hot pot, beef fried rice, and a beef bahn mi.

The fried rice was dull and flavorless. The beef was old and tasted almost sour when it didn’t taste bland.
My bahn mi was full of gray and RAW meat. Our server was so kind and quickly put in a new order and the second bahn mi STILL had raw pieces.
All the seafood we had was frozen at some point.

However, the folks at the table loved the grilled oysters. They were out of raw oysters for the day.

All in all, this place was not tasty. The tables were sticky. And we, unfortunately, will not be returning.

Hey Seattle,

I’m back, and I slid into Crawfish & Hotpot a few weeks ago, and man, was I surprised.
So I walk in with my partner, and just as I start to think that we are going to be waiting around for a minute..boom, here’s the waitress getting us seated.

Now it’s my fault that I didn’t get the young ladies name, but she was very attentive. She was handling us and a larger group sitting in another area. Then, a waiter stepped out to assist her, and it looked like some good teamwork.

We ordered the combo #8, and oooowee was it good. The flavor was fresh from the sauce to the seasoning and even better the seafood. The apps were as expected, really with they had been made fresh, but I understand cost effectiveness.

Look, Seattle, as we know, there aren’t too many spots that do Crawfish boils well in the area, but this place gives it their all and deserves to have you give them a shot.
