Oy, why tip? Treated worse than need be. Chomp delicious. I’ve ordered 8x from other location. -ZERO probs. Meh, here. Yikes. Hands down; no customer appreciation’s. Tipping generously does not help. Sad day. This is a “one, and done” like never again. D’ey treats ya poorly.

We don’t use the delivery service but usually call it in and my fiance picks up the pizzas in her way home from work and conveniently its right on her was. We’ve never had issues with this Pizza Hut. Quick, fresh, reasonably priced, friendly staff, and just wish to thank them all because sometimes I’m certain they feel like it’s a thankless job. To us we appreciate you all. On those long crummy days we all have from time to time, this Pizza Hut makes our day just a little brighter and our nights even better. And, super extra bonus, when we pau eat, no dishes. Don’t call to make your order the lady who took my call took forever just to place my order & made multiple mistakes. Then was going to charge my $10 more in a matter of minutes & my order somehow came out $30 cheaper just by walking in instead of delivering

The best pizza I have every order from the Hut. Kinoole location you rock!!! Glad I chose to travel the extra few miles. Almost turned down pizza because the only time I ordered from the Hilo location (since their move) I not only got bad customer service but the pizza was nasty. The pizza tastied like garbage with a doughy texture like wet dog. As long as the Kinoole location is around I will remain a customer.

Sometimes chain pizza places are hit or miss. This Pizza Hut is one of the more consistent ones, meaning your pizza is always made great, never skimping on toppings, and their employees are always cheerful. It’s a rare thing to have all of these at a fast food place, so they get a five out of five from me.
