Lovely place! The manager was very kind, sweet, and welcoming! Food was very tasty, and service was fast. The manager took time to talk to us, and was very friendly and outgoing. Highly recommend this subway location, as it has the best service, cleanliness, and manager friendliness compared to other locations!!!

I go to this subway regularly, and usually the workers are kind and take note of my requests. I do online orders, and when I order the dippers I write a reminder in the notes section to not forget the sauce due to past forgetfulness. Today, a worker named Callie was EXTREMELY rude and defensive when they forgot my sauce, and would not give me any form of compensation. Not even trying to have good customer service. She also responded to my call with “Thank you for calling Eagle Inn!” Know where you’re working. This behavior needs to stop.

Haylee needs to change her gloves. She was pulling her pants up and then putting vegetables on the sandwich without changing gloves. Then I asked the store manager if she could let her know to change her gloves and she gave me an attitude. And the proceed to give me an attitude for asking her to change her gloves. Then she changes her gloves and didn’t even wash her hands before hand. This is gross and disgusting. Your store manager needs to do better and not be rude when customers don’t want bacteria filled gloves touching other people’s sandwich’s. I worked at subway and know what the policy and procedure is. This is utterly due to neglect as a store manager and a associate

Great service! I am deathly allergic to chicken and I asked if there was any in the meatballs and the employees were willing to check for me. I they also made the food exactly how I wanted it! I ordered around 7:20ish. Keep up the excellent work!

We were hungry after a day at the park. We saw a customer go in when we pulled in, they were out by the time we opened the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well taken care of. They quickly made the sandwiches and got us on our way. The food was great.
