Mixed review. Love the atmosphere. Loved the match latte and the tiny straw.

Dissapointed by the beet salad. The leafs were these huge bitter scraggly kind that no one bothered to chop up into reasonable size, made for an akward eating experience. Also the salad was covered in a beyond generous amount of pickled onions…
Really wisb they had just put that on the side like a garnish. . The beets,cheese and candied pecans were if course delicous but i wouldn’t buy the salad again unless they decide to use baby spinach or arugula or some sort of small leaf mix rather than those giant scraggly leafs . Will return for a latte and the baked goods look next level.

Tasty bakery fare, love the bar options for cocktails. Bar service items reasonably prompt while food service a tad slow but yummy & hot when we did receive it (we were there at a busy time). Definitely recommend while in Corvallis

Food was really good but after dropping $100 we pretty well got chased out of here. Closing time was 3, kitchen closed early at 230 (apology sign on the door and the counter worker said they were really busy that morning) which OK, totally cool. But while we were finishing up our meal someone came over to tell us we need to get out so the dishwasher can go home. I was thinking oh shit we must have lost track of time but, nope, 315. Presumably you are seating people until close and 15 minutes doesn’t seem like enough time to eat considering we had been there since 220 and were just finishing up.
Chalk it up to an off day and poor communication but it kinda soured me on a return visit. Huevos rancheros were awesome though.

I had a delicious happy hour cocktail last night that tasted fresh and real and not too sweet or syrupy. I also had a delicious dinner and ended up with leftovers. Today I am craving one of their cookies- the chocolate chip sesame cookie- that I didn’t get last night because I was satiated.
Bodhi is good. It fills an essential spot in Corvallis. Also, there is great outdoor seating.

Bodhi Bistro in Corvallis is a gem! I had the pleasure of eating breakfast here twice during my visit, and both experiences were fantastic. The bistro has a casual vibe where you order at the register, and then find your own seating, which I found refreshing and efficient.
The huevos rancheros were excellent—perfectly cooked with a delightful balance of flavors. The Cali burrito was another standout, made with fresh ingredients and offering pleasant, complex flavors that left me wanting more.
One of the highlights is the lovely outdoor seating area. Surrounded by garden plants and offering a mix of shade and sun, it’s a perfect spot to enjoy a meal near the river. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed this restaurant, we went for breakfast/ brunch. I had the breakfast burrito and my girlfriend had the biscuit Benedict. We also had a croissant and coffees. The coffees were wonderful, and so was the pastry. My girlfriend and I ended up switching plates and taking about half of each dish home. You buss your own plates and clean your own table. Parking can be difficult due to location.

This is a nice place to eat. They often have live music in their large outdoor eating space. The food is high quality and they have many interesting iced teas and baked goods. I feel like I’m getting real food there and that they put a lot of heart into it.

I am a fan of Budhi bakery in general. It was my first time visiting Budhi on 1st, I liked the service on their 2nd street though. I ordered the Budhi breakfast and added salad to my order too. I ended up getting two egg sandwich, without Avocado and curry potatoes. When I told them that, they said well this is Budhi breakfast. I had to tell them that my friend and I order the same thing, but our food is totally different. They asked me to wait for potatoes, it took another 10 minutes to complete my order and the food was already cold.
Overall, it was not my lucky day. The eggs were still delicious.
This branch is more of a sit-down space. many tables both inside and outside. The atmosphere is really nice and Danish pastries are yummy. I wish the service was better.

I had the Gathering Together salad with chicken. It was disappointing because there’s a lot of potential for it to be a good salad. The chicken pieces, while plentiful, was very dry – almost as if they had been sitting around all day. It was an hour before closing so it is possible. The dressing, a vinigrette, is absolutely uninspired AND there are only two choices for dressing. The salad was large but it needs something more.
