I thought it would be great to stop and have a bite before doing my grocery shopping. You could clearly see that the young gal working hates her life. She projected so much negative energy it was bad. Probably will not go to this particular location again. I know we all have issues in life, I get it. But hang your problems on the problem tree before you clock in!!!!

The girl working at about 420-425pm on June 19th, 2018 was very awesome. She was very patient with the elderly couple that was in front of me, and very helpful. She was very quick when it came to me, but did the job very well. She marked the half of my sub that was different from the other which may be little to some but to me, the little things make the overall picture that much better! She was fabulous!!

Stopped for lunch as I prefer healthier eating. Was unimpressed with the food quality. Lettuce and spinach both looked old, brown, and withered. Green peppers and onions didnt look good at all. Staff was slow at best, and the over all attitude was like they didn’t care. This was my first time here and definitely my last.

On 7-29-2022 at 5:20 pm my wife and I waited over 5 minutes at the counter in the Walmart on 16th street in council bluffs. and no one came out of the back to help. I yelled to the back, knocked on the door and even called the number from my phone but no one answered even though a customer was in the lobby eating. Going down the street to Jimmy John’s instead to get real customer service. Very disappointing..

The day crew keeps this subway a lot cleaner. The night gal appears to hate herself and her current life choice of working at this subway. May those that meet her pray she have a better future outlook on life… Not very friendly.

I got the wrong order last night I started calling a half an hour after my delivery got to my house and they refused to answer the phone then they put the phone off the hook and then they started hanging up on me. We called another manager from another store they were supposed to call me today and never did so we stopped in to the subway on 16th and the lady was extremely rude and they did the same thing today with the phones that they did last night started with me calling nobody answering then me calling and then hanging up on me and then putting it off the hook she said that it’s not their problem they messed up $40 worth of my order and that I was supposed to call GrubHub and fix it through them she eventually fix it there at the store

Messy, flies everywhere. Employees are apathetic at best. Food is fine, no complaint there. Tables were gross, slightly cramped. Definitely not high on my list.

We went here to have lunch after playing 2 baseball games. The sole worker told us he works as slow as possible so people will leave. He held very true to this statement, ans smiled every time someone walked away.
