I understand businesses have policies, but there was absolutely no flexibility or effort to find a reasonable solution. I wasn’t asking for anything free just trying to make the situation right after receiving an incorrect order.
Very disappointing customer service experience.
Teriyaki has a nice flavor although it’s quite thin like soy sauce. Pools in the bottom of your bowl. So don’t keep adding more like I did it’s in there it’s just not on your food it’s in the bottom of the bowl. The chili Sriracha was really where it was added had great flavor and stuck to your noodles good that’s what the red stuff is in my photos.
The potstickers are pretty decent and the crab rangoon needs more crab but has a nice flavor and is crunchy.
There’s plenty of seating, everything was very clean (they were wiping things down as we sat there), there’s lots of parking and it’s centrally located on Miller road to other things and there’s music going if you like hip hop …..so the ambiance is in the eye of the beholder.
Service was quick although she never did smile and I could barely hear her when she talked but the woman who was making the bowls in the back had more personality.
My biggest gripe is the prices are extremely high for what you get. We paid $60 for three people that’s a nice sit-down meal at Applebee’s. What I will add though is you get plenty of food so we were able to eat on our bowls twice so you’re really getting two meals.
All in all it was nothing special but nothing to complain about either just a chain type experience.
When I walked in the girl behind the counter had her head down like I disturbed her from taking a nap. Which is probably why I was missing items in my order.
They have never been busy when I’ve ordered food. So if you get a to go order double check it so you dont get screwed like I did.
I’m not gonna lie I was going to leave 2 stars but I love the unicorn response to Jamie’s review lol this and the fact that my husband who picked it up said the staff was super friendly got an extra star. I’m not sure I’ll be back though.
The lady at the counter was super nice and the guys in the back focused and working hard.
I liked the chicken teriyaki , but the orange chicken I did not care for at all. The veggies were fresh and well cooked, fried rice slightly over cooked.
All the portions were good and food prepared relatively quickly.
Overall a decent experience. Also respect to the fork/chopstick hybrid – loved that.
On my third visit I spoke with the employees about my experiences. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
The food was freshly prepared while I was there and the portion was on point.
Second shift crew did it right, don’t change how you make the bowls this one was perfect.
