I’m not sure what the problem was, I have my receipt where we asked for extra black olives and barely got any. The chicken Terriakki subs we ordered had almost no meat. We’ve never experienced horrible food like this. Not sure if they were just being lazy or what. Pickup order on Feb. 25,2025

Please do better. This is rediculous for the price we are charged. Atleast half decent food is expected. Especially when we made sure we put (more) when asking for extra.

What a disappointment this subway has become. It used to be my go-to for good sandwiches but now I just feel ripped off. First I ordered a Titan that had no added turkey. This week I order a steak and cheese, it is just pitiful. Please see pictures. There is no more than a tablespoon of meat.
I am not sure what has happened to this location, but I will not be wasting my money here anymore when there are two more to choose from in the area.
Are they giving the employees bonuses for keeping the overhead down? Shameful

My sub had no avocado. They didn’t add my my chips. My bread was rock solid. No straws in the bag. The napkins were crumpled up and the bag was ripped. Just embarrassing – do better.

The 2 young kids that were working were both very rude. It was a boy and a girl. The boy made our sandwiches. He let half of this stuff fall off of one sandwich, and did not even put it back on wasn’t even putting the things on the sandwiches that are supposed to come on them. And then when I went back to the counter after we were done eating our sandwiches to purchase cookies. The girl got the cookies. I got a 6-pack of cookies, and she literally only gave me 5 and a 1 cookies, so I walked back up to the counter with the half a cookie. And she said, oh, do you want the other half of your cookie? I said yes, I would like a whole cookie. I paid for 6 cookies, not 5.5 She was very rude about the whole situation. She said she didn’t see, how do you not see that you’re putting only half a cookie in a box. They were both very rude and should not be working together by themselves. I will not be returning. I literally spent a little over thirty dollars for 2 sandwiches, 6 cookies and one drink.It’s ridiculous with the service that’s provided in there.And what little bit of food you’re getting to be provided with such rude service from ignorant teenagers is ridiculous.

Hear me out on this. If a person orders a sandwich and then is unable to pay because Subway’s card reader is inoperable, let them have the sandwich. Some people only get 30 minutes for lunch. It’s not like they can go somewhere else. They don’t have time. The sandwich is already made. They can’t unmake it. If you’re card reader is down, tell people ahead of time. Subway isn’t that good anyways.

My chicken bacon ranch was bagged rather than wrapped and was a mangled mess. Chicken all over the bottom of the bag. Bread twisted up. Virtually no ranch dressing, and definitely no bacon. This location was good before, but now I’m going somewhere else.

Order offline and I guess door dash delivers for them. My food was very poorly wrapped easy for anything to get on my food or anyone to touch my food during the delivery process. They could of left it unwrapped and put in the bag no difference either way.

Subway is okay if you’re looking for a quick cold cut sandwich. They have a few sandwich’s that can be warmed up. They have a meatball sub that can be good at some locations but not consistent.

Stopped in on our way through town tonight. Our sandwich artist was very friendly and greeted us as we entered and made sure that our sandwhiches were made just the way we wanted. She checked us out and wished us well. The restaurant and restrooms were also very well kept.

I went to the Asheville Highway location in Greeneville and purchased two footlongs and two drinks. At the payment counter, I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Why? There is no service to tip for, other than preparing my order. The employees are paid a wage for their responsibilities. After I declined the tip, the guy at the counter became very put out. Then I was charged $25 for my order of two subs and two drinks. I don’t know if I were overcharged or not. If not, then the prices are ridiculous. I’ll never go back to that location, maybe any location.
