Willie and his crew do chicken right. The fried chicken is lightly breaded with a nice crust and flavor. The sides are large portions with great flavor. The gravy on the mashed potatoes is delicious. Not everyone makes a good slaw but this slaw is legit. Corn bread is sweet, if you like that. Sweet tea is delicious as well. The wife and I have been back twice and really enjoyed our meals. Great music as well if you dine in. Willie is really nice. ENJOY!

This chicken place is legit! If you want fried chicken this is the place to go. The price isn’t as high as a few of the other restaurants in the area. It was my first time there so I didn’t get to try anything bit the chicken and fries. I will definitely go there again to sample other items on the menu. It is not a large place but is nicely laid out. Don’t forget the happy hour. You get a free drink!

Just went to new location today in Port St. Lucie for the first time. I ordered the Gaitor rolls and they were very small. Couldn’t taste what was in the rolls. It do not come with any sizes, just four small rolls for $12 and change, the side of fries was $5 and change . My honest opinion, the quantity of the food is not worth the price $19. I love to support my people, However, my people want to overcharge and not give you your money worth. This definitely will be my first and last time at this Port St. Lucie location. Years ago, I tried their other family restaurant located in Fort Pierce. However, it was the same result. I thought after all these years, it would be better unfortunately not.
The only thing that I can say positive is the location is definitely a good location in Port St. Lucie off Gatlin and the service was great but the food and the price of the food sucks.

This was my first time here and it will definitely not be my last! The food is sooooo good! I ordered the fish dinner with fries and Mac n cheese and the deviled eggs. Every single thing was amazing! Seasoned perfectly and good portion sizes. We have been looking for someplace to get fish and have now found that place! I didn’t think to take pictures beforehand so all I took pictures of was the deviled eggs – minus 2 that were already eaten. Delicious!

Surprisingly decent fried Chix, cole slaw, and fries. Green beans way overdone. Seemed a bit disorganized- a lot of trouble to get a printed receipt- get one sent as text to your phone.

Please give this place a try! 10/10. The food was freshly made. I tried the fish and shrimp, which are PERFECTLY seasoned. My partner ordered the chicken dinner. The chicken was cooked very well. We tried the potato salad, mac and cheese and greens. ALL THE SIDES WERE TOP NOTCH! The corn bread, hush puppies, and fries couldn’t be forgotten; they were excellent as well. Overall great place with friendly service.

Upon entering location you are greeted with a warm welcome , very friendly atmosphere. I ordered the the lemon pepper , my wife ordered the breaded chicken with their mango habanero sauce, sides greens , Mac and cheese , waffle and peach cobbler . Lemons pepper wings were really good some of the best I’ve had , standard fries nothing crazy. my wife breaded chicken was very delicious I must say. The Mac and cheese I can honestly say I didn’t really care for , the greens were pretty decent not bad at all . The waffle I must say were really good, soft and very flavorful. The cobbler I’m not really much of a sweets person but I gotta say they were good as well.
