Unbelievably delicious burrito the size of my head (pretty big) and the hard shell tacos were a pleasant surprise. Warm service. Clean establishment with a space to eat in the back. Made with love. Will come back next time in SB.

First and probably last time at this place. With the cold weather this morning, I was craving a nice bowl of menudo to kickstart my day. The places that I normally would go to said their menudo would not be ready for another hour or two, so out of convenience I came here.
The good:
Large portion
Piping hot
That about it.

Service: dude at the counter must have had a rough night and didn’t seem like he wanted to be in today. When I ordered, he mumbled what I deduced to be the total, punched some numbers on the register, took my $20 and walked away. Yes, one bowl was $20, this is the most I’ve paid for a bowl.
When it arrived, to my surprise it was in a disposable, thin, plastic bowl…I could already taste the BPEs.
As you can see from the photo, it’s neither clear nor red, it’s somewhere in the middle. Not only is it the most expensive menudo I’ve had, but also the most bland. Even adding cilantro, onion and lime did little to improve the taste. They did provide some toasted chile de arbol which I crumpled to add some spice.
Also, it’s cash only. I was in pretty early so can’t really comment on the atmosphere when/IF it’s busier.
Patience is a virtue and next time I’m craving menudo, I’ll be sure to wait for my regular spots.

We go out for tacos every week, and finally made it to Rincon Alteno to try their infamous crispy tacos. We don’t typically eat crispy tacos, but they did not disappoint. I really loved their salsas too. Nice heat.

The chorizo breakfast burritos were fresh and cooked to order. But don’t let that deter you if you are in a hurry, the wait was extremely short! The burritos are both the perfect size, as well as the perfect mix of eggs, cheese, potatoes, and chorizo!
The salsa verde is absolutely delicious and would highly recommend getting it for your burrito or anything you decide to order from them!

Food was amazing and authentic! We had some carne asada tacos and nachos. We got our food about 5 min after ordering. They were also nice and gave us hot water to heat up our baby’s milk. There was a small outdoor area in the parking lot where we ate, otherwise lots of indoor seating.
