I wanted to buy two regular loaves of bread from Subway, but after arguing with the employee, they refused to sell them to me, saying they don’t sell them that way. But at another Subway, they sold me the same loaves of bread without any problem. You guys have strange rules! But I’ll leave a bad review for you.

Ok let’s dish ya’ll we stopped by Subway a few days ago and a young man named Kale served us with the most Excellent customer service and sandwiches we have ever purchase from any subway. They were amazing! And Kale was so friendly, and always had a big smile on his face, he laughed with us and constructed the most awesome and tasty subs we have ever had. Subway he’s got our Winning Employee Thank you so much for everything Kale you are top notch!

Ordered online, picked up order and everything was wrong, wrong bread wrong type of sandwich. Took food back and they argued saying the sandwiches were right, when shown the actual order the sandwich maker couldn’t figure out how to read the instructions on the order for what went on the sandwiches.

I’m standing at the “order here” waiting. The gentleman in front of me has placed his order and is visibly frustrated at the girl. She will NOT listen for the answers of the questions she has asked. She messed his order up. He asked for toasted, she wrapped it up before toasting.
All this going on, while another girl aimlessly wonders around playing with her face, touching food after wiping her hand across her mouth.
I thought I was a ghost because they looked right through me.
After 10 minutes of this, I took my business elsewhere. Something else these “employees” didn’t know about me, I always tip $100.00 to everyone working.

Big Dog Transport
Guy working nights never warms up meat before putting it on bread. Then he ask if you want it toasted ..two times I said no….then he serves it cold…COLD MEAT & CHICKEN. .
