For people who love noise and excitement this atmosphere is amazing. For those who get over stimulated this may not be the spot for you. My co-workers and I went here last week and we had heard the food and service was very good but I think it surpassed all of our expectations. Are waiter was a delight and the food was delicious. I got a salad and I can honestly say I can’t wait to go back and have that salad again the chicken was cooked to perfection.

Everything was great but soo expensive. But I was thinking .. wouldn’t it be amazing if there was time limit for kids to be there . Like after 9pm adults only. Just a suggestion.. as it felt off trying to drink and play games with kids running around could of grabbed my drink as im trying to play . As well it felt like I was at any othet place like zap zone. Waiting for the kids to be done so we can play a game. ‍♀️ Just my opinion . Take it or leave it dont care.

Our service was good, it took a minute to get our food and our drinks.Because there are shortest staff. The food was so so, the games were fun.

Went there Saturday night and there was a two hour wait for a table of six! That’s crazy! It didn’t even look busy in there either. We ended up leaving and going to Art and Jake’s and I’m so happy we did. Didn’t waste money on games and enjoyed watching sports on the big screens instead. Much better food too. And they had a reasonable wait time of 10-15 mins

I just spent $175 at Dave and Buster’s for my son’s birthday and got asked to give up our table 30 minutes into our “unlimited” 90 minute experience.

We bought two unlimited 90 minute play cards and four meals. Our food was still on the table. Our drinks were still on the table. Our belongings were still on the table. Half of us were actively eating while the other half was in the arcade, which is literally the entire concept of Dave and Buster’s.

I even proactively told our server we were in the arcade but still eating and asked if they needed us to cash out. They checked with the manager and came back to tell us we had to give up our table because they were getting busy.

Getting busy.

There were four people waiting. Four.

Meanwhile half the restaurant was blocked off for a party.

So we spend $175, are still eating, still playing within the 90 minutes we paid for, and instead of offering boxes or a solution, we are told to leave our table mid meal.

If the expectation is that families should inhale their food and disappear immediately after swiping their cards, that should be clearly stated up front. The entire point of buying unlimited play is that you go back and forth between eating and the arcade. That is the experience you are selling.

Nothing says Happy Birthday like being gently evicted while your fries are still on the plate.

For what we paid, this was not cool and not handled well.

Honestly the photos speak for themselves!!!

Unfortunately they have pretty high prices, the kitchen is typically slow, and the claw machine prizes really need to be upgraded. But I will add, there are lots of beautiful games, it was clean, spacious, they have a photo booth and dippin dots!!! Also shoutout to Paige!

It’s a pretty cool place, go check it out!

I came here second day of opening with my family and we had a blast! The food was amazing and the arcade is everything I had been waiting for, I ordered the Barbacoa Quesadillas and they are literally to die for, I was licking my plate clean practically. If you come here you have to get the S’more Cheesecake, it has to be the best dessert I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Ive been waiting so long for Dave and Busters to open in Lansing and tonight has been worth the wait, I will be back here many times. Also we had a lovely waitress! I wish I could remember her name but she was so outgoing 🙂 I can tell I will love coming back every time.

Edit: The waitresses name is Haley! Shoutout to her for being amazing!

My first time visiting for my birthday ,waiter was not friendly and had no suggestions when asked. Drinks were very mild ( hold the ice) and because my waiter was not listening both rounds were the same. After 10 minutes we found another waiter to provide menus and about 6 minutes after our waiter returned to take our order. 10 /minutes all appetizers and main dishes were brought out at the same time. Food was warm, not tasty at all. Spinach dip was ok, chips very oily and burnt. Sliders were ok but also tasted dry. Philly eggs rolls were a hard pass! Everything tasted microwaved and left out.We informed the waiter the food was terrible after 2/3 bites. The manager took off $9 for the burnt ribs. The waiter said; “Yeah, girl I could have told you, but I let people find out for themselves.”Overall my experience was a strong 2. Would not recommend based on service. Didn’t have high expectations for the food but the service was enough motivation to leave a review. And we sat at the bar

I didn’t eat this time (at this location) and it was my first time at this one in Lansing however the game area was so very fun, big, and there’s lots of different options for folksI!!!! The service was amazing! A worker (Tyson) was very kind to my son as he could tell my son didn’t win the basketball team ball he wanted and quickly offered to exchange it out for us. The bar staff was also quick and kind! (Paige).

We got here at 10:01 on Monday, anticipating they open at 10 am. We walk up and are told to look at the sign on the door that says Mondays they open at 11 (the sign sure said that). We asked are you sure – online definitely says 10 am? And ended up getting in. All that to say they weren’t ready to open and that led to confusion from the get.

The first person we interacted with once inside was helpful! He walked us through getting cards and was personable. Then he directed us to someone else for further assistance with transferring credits between two cards (I did have the app but was looking for assistance, as I had not done it before). The person we were directed to was somewhat rude and said it was impossible to transfer credits between two cards (which is not true).

General D&B feedback – I should be able to split chips between two cards without having to purchase/pay for a second card.

Overall it was fine, but not as good as the Utica location was (many years ago). I’m disappointed with the amount of games that don’t return tickets. I wish it was more clear which games offered tickets and which didn’t. I shouldn’t have to rely so much on the app to determine where I’m at. Also the variety of prizes to spend tickets on were disappointing – a lot of tech stuff that I don’t trust will work. It was VERY loud in there – as if the noise of the games aren’t enough, there’s music blasting on top of it.

My biggest complaint is the functionality of the games. There were multiple broken games and I was told there was only one game tech working. So I was playing this (expensive) game a few times in a row where I was getting more and more tickets each time. At the end of the game, before dispensing tickets, it broke. There was a long wait expected for the tech to address it, so I effectively lost a bunch of tickets. To use another example of a game I was diappointed by – the bop it worked for a few minutes, then started going so fast that it was literally physically impossible to keep up.

Overall it was fine, somewhat fun, but I probably won’t be back to this location.
