Always love this place. Recently ordered online and it was a little later than usual so I called the store. Turns out there was a system update and David, who answered, was super professional and apologetic. This was the first ever time I’ve had an issue and when I spoke with David they were super accommodating. This was always our preferred pizza spot based on the quality of the food, but now the quality of the service makes it so I will always order from here! If you read this review, order a pie, I promise you wont be disappointed!

Good pizza place. It is only take out so no eating there. The crust was not crisp on the Mr. Jim’s special. I like a crispy crust on the bottom. The brownie bites were a bit dry but good. Reasonable prices and they gave a military discount. I would go back.

Would like to preface that I have worked in restaurants for 15 years and rarely, if ever, leave reviews, and am not seeking any sort of recompense from visit to this place today.
I legitimately do not understand any of the positive reviews for this place.
This was my first ever experience going to Mr. Jim’s, and will be my last. The “extra large” pizza is smaller than anywhere else. The pizza had very little sauce, was given to me cold, and the dough is clearly not made fresh at all. Frozen pizzas from a grocery store are of better quality than this place.
Save your money and avoid this place. I wish I did, I would’ve saved $36!

Kind of disappointed. Got an extra large supreme and was not crunchy. Really needs better sauce or at least some.
It was good but not great. The bread buds were not very flavorful until you put some garlic butter on them. For the price, it could have been better

Chain pizza place with reliably decent chain style pizza. No dining room. Priced a little high for what you get, but appropriate for the area and there are budget type options.
My first trip here was based off a recommendation that didn’t include the information that there is no dining room. I got my order relatively quick and there is a comfortable(ish) place to wait. The staff was extremely pleasant and deserves 5/5. Unfortunately the staff experience, to me, isn’t worth the drive for mediocre pizza.

Super disappointed, a friend highly recommended this place. Pizza and breadsticks have zero flavor. Sauce has no flavor. Its was delivered really fast. But was not what I expected. This was 32 dollars for a medium. My husband didn’t like it either.

Top quality every time!!! The 1st time I ordered from here my sister was in town and she loved it so much we reordered that same day, bless their heart… Right before they were going to close for the night. And I must say, it was still delicious the next day. I ordered a create your own pizza today and it hit the spot. A must try if you’re a local… And if you’re not, you’ll wish you were!

Chicken wings tastes like cheap 7-11 with the Ken’s ranch. No original recipe and for $13. That is a disgrace for those who would like to enjoy chicken wings from a pizza place. So expensive without any drink or fries. I will not be coming back here

Pretty good pizza if you ask me. Good flavor and ingredients. Priced a little higher but hey, I’d buy it again with how bad the quality of popular pizza chains is these days. Thin crust was perfect!!
