The ONLY two stores in town and they won’t accept any of the deals. What’s that about?? We buy from here often so when a code or coupon comes up it’s nice to save a few bucks, but every time you enter it, it tells you this store isn’t participating. Quit being cheap. If anyone else is sick if it and willing to spend the same amount go and check out Richie’s cheese steaks!!

It appears that the owner/manager has weeded out the poor employees because this place has done a complete 180 from when I was in there 8 months ago (see previous review below). The folks in there the other night were friendly and just absolutely phenomenal. My sandwich looked like it came straight out of a subway ad. I will attach a photo because it was a work of art lol.
Arrived tonight around 9 o’clock with no employee to be found. Waited around a few minutes before attempting to call the location we were in. We listened to the phone ring and ring to no success of finding help. My boyfriend had to finally holler towards the back to see if anyone was working. Tiffany came out obviously extremely offended by somebody wondering where an employee was after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. Tiffany was extremely confrontational and had her two children in there running around barefoot also speaking disrespectfully and cursing at customers not only in the store but as we approached the door as well. Overall a horrible experience and ended up leaving with no food. Tiffany claims we were “mad because no one would make our sandwich” when we were simply looking for a bite to eat. I hope Tiffany has a coming to heart after coming from behind the counter in attempt to intimidate us, we were threatened enough to leave. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and I will not be back to this location.

I ordered a sandwich for lunch with no lettuce and had a friend pick it up. When she dropped it off and had gone already I realized there was nothing but bacon and lettuce on it. I called them and they told me to bring it back. I’m at work! I don’t get off until they are closed and am off work tomorrow and live 25 miles away. Therefore I do not get a refund/remake or anything because I don’t want to carry a damn sub around with me for days before I can get back to them so you have finally lost a very loyal customer. I will not return to any subway instead firehouse will now be my go to. So thanks for all the damn lettuce and leaving me with no food for the next 9 hours. This isn’t the first time this has happened but it will be your last on my account. Hope you’re day is as good as mine will be

Previously gave this Subway a good rating June 2023. Update 4-9-2025. A simple sandwich was missing cheese and the extra bacon was RAW. Called to complain and was told just not order from here anymore. Get your refund thu the Subway app. A pretty rude answer since we had proof of the sandwich missing cheese and the remnants of raw bacon. I would not be surprised if this Subway goes down the tubes.

The young lady who helped us (ID-9745) Was not only interactive, delightful and funny, but listened and followed our silly instructions and requests. Her manager was involved, kind as well and made sure things moved along swiftly. The whole store was clean from lobby to cook station! Will definitely go back for the positive attitudes these ladies had! Thankyou!!

Went here as usual to get a foot long tuna sandwich for me and my wife.. everything was at the bottom, including the tuna, and it just didn’t look good. So I left and went to pubix and got a vegetarian sandwich and a can of good tuna and made a delicious sandwich for both of us.
