Used to be so much better. Feels like they don’t care anymore. Egg rolls taste old. A “medium spice level” is so spicy it hurts your stomach and doesn’t feel nice. Could barely eat it. Broken fortune cookies, looks like they were stepped on. I think after 15 years it’s time to find a new go-to since the last few times were extremely disappointing.

I can’t give any stars for any food. Placed an order online bc I needed some plain rice. Then saw my favorite and ordered it also. Paid, left a little tip. Pick up 9pm. Cool.
Get there and the lights are off and they’re locking the door.
The guys closing, keep walking away, even after I park and say I ordered food. Granted, it could’ve seemed like I was placing an order.
Online hours state close@9. I thought it was 10, but I ordered @830. My card was charged, and at first they all were going to walk away and only say sorry.
Eventually, he offered to make it, but that’s after a few minutes of me whining.
So, make sure they’re open. I am also just returning from an out of town volleyball tournament, where 17 year old boys were fixing the score. Who encourages this kind of cheating? Sorry. TMI

I’ve ordered here a few times but last night when I ordered my order was “one order of beef and mushroom, one order of general Tsol’s chicken with lo mein and an egg roll, and an order of 8 crab rangoon” what we got was “Mongolian beef, general tsol’s chicken with fried rice (no lo mein) and NO egg roll. The only thing correct was crab rangoon” when I called to ask if we could get the correct order I was told since it was ordered through doordash they wouldn’t do anything and HUNG UP on me. To clarify, the order on doordash was correct and I picked it up myself. The restaurant was at fault for messing up the order and instead of trying to resolve the issue I was met with the rudest customer service I have ever recieved. On top of it, the food I did recieve was not good. The fried rice was plain, the chicken was so spicy I couldn’t eat it along with the Mongolian beef. I will not order again.

My husband and I live across the street from this location and we order from them 3-4 times a month for our family of 5, spending 50-60 dollars every visit. Tonight my husband forgot to get sweet n sour sauce so he went back and asked to get some for our order. Since they never put any in the bag. The man there said we didn’t need it because it’s sweet and it doesn’t go on fried rice….. um, what?! That’s not his place to tell us that. We patronize his business as loyal customers and it’s worth losing our business over some sauce?! We will go to 88 China which is a little further away but the food is much better and they are kind.

This is the second time we have received a wrong dish in our order. The first time we couldn’t even figure out what the dish was and tonight it was some bland pork dish with no flavor( should have been a spicy chicken dish). So much for second chances. Will not order here again.

The lady that brings out your order was the rudest, most dismissive person that I have encountered in recent memory. I asked a simple question, “Is this my order?” She scoffed and turned around and went back into the kitchen. I should have taken both orders just to prove a point, but my mother raised me better than that.
Restaurant was not clean, and I don’t trust a restaurant that makes it so hard to see in the kitchen. The table blockade at the door is odd. It’s like 2019 wasn’t 6 years ago.

Rude rude rude….. would love to have a good Chinese restaurant around this area but there is none and unfortunately this place is close and its a hit or miss with the food they definitely dont care about their business seems to reflect on the food now and they are so so rude……this is unfortunate you call someone’s business and they answer with what you want lol

I would give a zero stars if I could. My husband called up there to place an order and you can’t even get the person to talk normal. When you try to ask questions, about what all comes in a certain food ” because every place is different”, They act like it’s a crime. And then she keeps cutting out and every time we’re trying to respond about what we’re gonna get she’s like hello ,hello, hello………. the lady on the phone was rude as hell. I will never go back to this place again. No wonder their ratings are so low. Smh

I don’t know how they call it as Chicken Fried Rice.
Its definitely Rat Meat. And it smells really really bad. Even the meat on noodles is undercooked.
Please pleasssee avoid this restaurant.

The hot and sour soup was barely warm. The hot and sour soup seemed like it was thickened with some type of gelatin. The chicken fried rice had little to no flavor and very minimal vegetables. It did not have any carrots or peas in it.
The service was terrible. The staff was very unfriendly and refused to even crack a smile.
I had to ask for napkins and then only received 1-2 extremely, thin and cheap napkins.
