Highly recommend visiting when here at St.Bart’s. Atmosphere was amazing and the DJ/partying was really fun. We got the pasta, chicken & potatoes, and rice with onions on the side. Every dish was made to perfection and came out quickly. We even got some sorbet after to top it off and that was delicious too! Must come visit if you’re here on the island.

The experience was okay. I do think the food is extremely overpriced for the quality. I was slightly irritated with my server because I think we had some kind of language barrier. I couldn’t figure out what she meant with the menu and if there was some sort of minimum fee in general or just with the steak I ordered. She claimed I needed to spend 120 euros minimum. At this point I just agreed and said okay after trying to figure out if the beach chair was included in this fee or what was really going on because I didn’t expect this fee prior to my arrival.
And then, when I finally got my order the steak looks like it was probably medium rare which I think was another language barrier also. I told her medium well. I got it sent back to the kitchen to be corrected. Then overall the food lacked seasoning. Definitely gives perhaps something for the older crowd I am not too sure. Plus, the music was I really the best once again makes me feel like it’s something for the older crowd because the music at the beach club right next door I believe La Gustaive was wayyy more lively I almost wanted to walk over and join them. All in all I don’t think I would come back or recommend. I gave 3 stars just because I don’t necessarily think the service was bad. Just the quality in comparison to the price I paid.

If you’re visiting Saint Barts, I highly recommend you checking out Gyp Sea Beach Club. Everything was outstanding from food to service to atmosphere. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 while in my stay at Saint Bart’s I ate at over 15 recommended restaurants and this and Shellona were my top two while visiting. Make sure to make a reservation, especially during high season so you get a chance to experience this incredible place. There’s nothing better than great food with a great view overlooking the beach. Whoever is in charge of the culinary program at this establishment is doing a phenomenal job. Highly recommend.

A time was definitely had, we had a lot of fun. The atmosphere, aesthetics, the drinks, food were fantastic. Gypsea was fun, I met a lot of nice people. We went in March 2025 and the weather was hot but the water was cold. Gypsea Beach water was calm and swim friendly. I thought I was in Europe for a second. I can’t wait to go back.

It’s so dreamy in this place and exudes such a laid back, blissful environment. Yes, it’s pricey but you’re in St. Barth. I would return. Beach access, loungers and sunbeds that come with towels. There is a shower as you enter back into the club area and anything else you could need. They will even call a taxi for you. It’s about a 7 min ride from the ferry port, so don’t fret on the ride to and from.
Enjoy

We had an amazing time at Gyp Sea Beach Club! The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing day by the ocean, and the vibe was just right. Eddie was our fantastic server—friendly, attentive, and kept the beverages flowing without us ever having to ask. Highly recommend for great service and good vibes all around!

GROSSLY overpriced & horrible service. We had to ask for drinks and servers several times. Paying $200/beach chair and getting terrible service really puts a bad taste in your mouth. It took complaining to get slightly decent service. We had way better service at Nikki Beach from servers who were much happier to serve us.

Gyp Sea Beach Club is the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and island vibes! The breathtaking beachfront views create an unforgettable atmosphere, and the music adds to the vibe yet laid-back experience. Our large party was treated to exceptional service—attentive, friendly, and seamless from start to finish.
The food and drinks were outstanding, with fresh, flavorful dishes that truly elevated our beachside dining experience. While it is on the pricey side, the quality, ambiance, and overall experience make it well worth it. A reservation is a must, and if you don’t have one, be sure to arrive early to secure a spot. Gyp Sea Beach Club is a must-visit!

This restaurant offers ambiance and nothing else. The food is very expensive yet bland, with little to no flavor; for the price, it just doesn’t make sense. Additionally, the chicken we ordered was served undercooked. While they attempted to remedy the situation by recooking the same piece rather than offering a fresh one, they still charged us full price—even though we barely ate it. Between the poor service and the cost, it’s not worth it. If you’re going here, it’s for social media pictures and nothing else.
