Three people working inside, waited on 5 cars in drive through before serving our dine-in coffee. These three young girls were to busy talking among themselves to notice us standing at the cash register and take our order in a timely manner. Took us 20 minutes to be served our 1 cup of coffee while waiting at the counter. We wont be going back and recommend if you order coffee here, go through the drive-thru.

Waited for over 5 minutes for the workers, all three crouched down behind counter under at the drive through window area, to notice me. Was incredibly displeased with the horrid wait time and lack of attention to job performance. The coffee ordered was a Sugar Free Vanilla Latte. I received a Regular Vanilla Latte. Normally this would not be an issue for the average customer. For me it was, I’m diabetic and this beverage caused a very noticable spike in glucose level.

*Have only ever used the drive-thru. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Staff is knowledgeable of the menu, offers products, and add-ins.
The products are good quality. Enjoy the variety of items on the menu— from coffee, smoothies, and much more.
However, the biggest observation and reason for only giving 4 out of 5 stars. The drive-thru offers a large pothole/dip when exiting. Seems like something corp or those overseeing this location could look into.

I ordered my usual the other day (LG iced mocha with extra espresso) and it tastes gritty & gross for some reason…once I reached the end of my drink I found a tiny dead bug at the bottom stuck in the chocolate syrup!! Never getting coffee here again. Maryville Health Department please look into this place as it is the only drive-thru coffee in Maryville and it is infested with BUGS!!!

This is seriously the best coffee I’ve ever had. I got a decaf carmelicious and expected it to taste less than amazing since it’s decaf… NOPE!!! Best decaf frozen coffee girly drink I’ve ever had. I’ll happily pay $5 for a small coffee this damn delicious any day. For all you Starbucks drinkers out there, you really need to convert to Scooter’s because you have no idea what you’re missing.

They use real dishes, everything is fresh, and the prices are amazing!!! They play great music inside and it has a much more laid back feel than the sharp, cutting edge ambiance that other big brand coffee shops have.
