Another Subway that’s looking to monetize its restroom, even if it means alienating delivery drivers, how unfortunate. Also, Check your transaction before paying, be weary of paying for tips you did not add yourself. This has been an issue at other Subways in the greater Chicagoland region. The last I checked, there is no instant gratuity ordinance for a sub in the State of Illinois.

It’s always the same,i asked the lady with glasses to sell me more jalapen̈o that i was going to pay her ,and she sai that she couldnt ,i dont understand why if im paying for it,i always come here to this Subway investing more then 30 dollars daily or more when i invite my friends. The last time i had a 100 dollar bill,i bought 4 sandwiches , and i disny had my debit car on that moment. Why are they mean ? If this is good for the owner, to make more money,plus there are times when they had been disrespectful giving me or my daught3r an attitude. The onwer needs to change the personnel.

It’s been my favorite subway for years now always very clean in and out fast and delicious subs fresh ingredients you name it but above all that the service is phenomenal it was 2 gentleman who took me and my friends order extremely polite both of them very generous if I had cash I would of left Atleast a half or more in tips lol one was cleaning and stopped to help with the order both of whom where very nice and gave us exactly what we wanted and didn’t stinge us its quality of service you just don’t see much anymore they definitely need a raise not that they don’t get paid but that’s quality worth paying for if you like subway this is one if their greatest spots to go to in Berwyn and maybe surrounding areas

Ordered pickup order this place is super cheap on portions. I ordered “the beast” came with one slice of each meat. Minus the salami they didn’t put any. Also no cheese. Don’t advertise this enormous sandwich charge $16 for it and under deliver. Won’t eat at this location again

This site is incredible! The staff at this shop always provides excellent customer service and even remembers my order when I visit (once or twice a week). The employee I enjoy the most is a young man by the name of Omar. Despite the fact that I am quite picky with my order, he is incredibly patient with it and always takes the time to create me a flawless sandwich every time. All the staff members are excellent and are very quick and precise when assisting their clients.even if there are subways closer to my home, I go here for a job well done.

I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff is at this subway. Normally they want you to order fast so they can move to the next customer. Jose and my apologies I don’t remember the other ladies name were amazing. Definitely my new favorite Subway.

Horrible customer service and the way they made the sandwiches were very skimpy. I got a footlong it has a total of four pieces of turkey. I had asked for extra condiments and everything was easy and literally 4 pieces of spinach on the whole sandwich. Never again. When I called the lady said that’s how it is and there would be no manager until Wednesday.
