I heard there is a change in ownership of this place and decided to give it a second chance. I tried 2 traditional dishes that are not usually found in other Vietnamese places in Cleveland and they’re not bad.
I ordered the fresh spring rolls with grill minced pork. The rolls were fine, I just wish they had mint. The dipping sauce was different than the usual traditional sauce, but I like the combination.
The second dish I ordered was bánh xèo. This is one of my favorite dishes and it’s quite hard to find anywhere in Cleveland. The crepe was nice and crispy. There were plenty of veggies and meat in it. The nước chấm was quite nice as well. These combinations helped a lot because I felt that the crepe itself was a bit bland.
I definitely want to come back and try a few more dishes there before I give my final feedback, but I like it so far and would recommend this place to everyone.

We went in today in a breezy Saturday and Cleveland and was surprised upon entry. The entire decor has changed, the register has moved and new tables and wall art filled the restaurant. I did not see the elder man who usually means the register, what we did she was a younger, soul influenced crew.

After our atmosphere shock wore off I ordered exactly what I came for Bo Kho!!! If this is a new management and staff they did their big one with this dish!

The meet A1 TENDERISM!!! The broth with some chili oil, lime, and sprouts and the egg noodles … Vietnamese comfort in a bowl! Definitely a go to for a Cleveland winter.

We really wanted to like this place. The location is nice, easy street parking and the decor is quaint and clean. The food presentation is top notch and everything looked amazing….until one tastes the food. The goi (salad) was too salty and the Nuoc cham dipping sauce for the rice and noodle places lacked the depth of flavor and si the sweetness. Vietnamese food is very regional and subjective but if you’re from the south, this place isn’t quite hitting the mark. The bun Bo was good but missed the subtle funk of mam ruoc and the rice platter was not flavorful in our opinion. The banh mi was lackluster as well.

A little feedback about this visit!
When we arrived, the place was really crowded, but about 15 minutes later we got a table. It seems the staff here are not fully trained yet, so they were a bit confused. First, when guests are seated, it usually takes 5–10 minutes before they ask about drinks. After serving drinks, they should ask whether the guests want to order food right away or wait.

In our case, we were served in a way where all the orders had to be placed at once, so the waiting time was rather long (about 15 minutes, even though it wasn’t busy anymore).

We ordered 2 sugarcane juices, 1 coffee with milk, 1 avocado smoothie, special rice, dry noodles, Hue beef noodle soup, and thick noodle soup.

Later, the staff came to tell us that the sugarcane juice was out, so we switched to cold water. However, the coffee with milk and the avocado smoothie were brought out first, while the 2 glasses of cold water never came. After that, the food was served, and even after eating for a while, we still didn’t have our drinks or a plate of vegetables. Only when we asked did they bring it out. On the table, there were also no condiments like fish sauce, soy sauce, chili sauce, pepper, etc.

And we noticed something strange — the spray bottle for cleaning tables was kept together with the condiments???

The food was relatively decent, the broth was tasty, but we didn’t understand why when ordering dry noodles it came with a small bowl of soup, yet the special rice didn’t (apparently you only get soup if you order grilled pork rice??).

Overall, they should have a basket or tray with all condiments ready. The prices are a bit high compared to what we had. The avocado smoothie was also on the expensive side…

I would come back to try the pho, but we did not like our food. My banh mi cha lua had maybe 3 tiny slices of meat and they skimped on the pate. I would pay more for a sandwich that’s properly filled, but I feel that the $8 was still too much for what it was. My wife got the banh mi bi and said hers had maybe 1 oz of meat. My sister did not like her sweet and sour tofu and said it was overly sweet.

The food is all fantastic. #1 Pho in the area for sure. They start with quality broth and ingredients. They have remodeled and just elevated the place in my opinion. Beautiful Family-owned and operated. ❤️

Great little pho place with a cool atmosphere. Love the Pho & Vietnamese dishes. Pho and Vermicelli dishes outstanding bursting with flavors. Very fresh. Have been here twice in a month and will continue. Staff always paying attention if they’re needed. Love that.

This place has a wide variety of menu choices to fit everyone’s taste. I had the Pho Ga, the broth was complex and full of depth. The portion was a good size, with lots of noodles and pieces of chicken. Also had the BBQ pork rolls, but was not a fan. I usually get the spring rolls, and thought this would be similar taste profile but with a different protein. It was just lettuce, noodles and pork, but missing the fresh mint element. I would recommend stopping here, as the food is delicious and the service very prompt.

We have dined in at the restaurant a number of times over the years and always had excellent service. The restaurant is clean, but there is no ambience. We mainly get carry-out and there order was always on time and packaged carefully. The food is always tasty. Not real familiar with Vietnamese food, other than to know what taste good. The pho(soup) has a delicious broth with lots of noodles and wontons. It is usually accompanied by bean sprouts and cilantro which is fresh and crispy. The meals are also accompanied by a sauce that is a little spicy and sour. It’s different and hard to describe. All in all, a good experience with a good value for the price.
