This hidden gem is located right off the interstate. Plenty of parking and seating. If you are looking for a local experience that will make you feel at home, I recommend the Bellwood Diner. I ordered most of thw items on thw menu and was not disappointed. One thing to note is that this location only accepts cash. There is a bank next door with an ATM.

Needed to find a place for breakfast and happened across this diner. It was busy, but not overly crowded as we were seated right away. The staff was nice! The prices have gone up in the past two weeks but I guess that’s inflation. We enjoyed our breakfast and would go here again if we are back in the area.

Was in North Little Rock for a bit and decided to get out and taste some local cuisine at the encouragement of a colleague. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s highly refined and corporate, definitely look elsewhere. However, if you’re looking for some delicious, no frills eats… you need to stop here!
The specials of the day are affordable and plenty. Soon as I walked through the door I was seated and served promptly. I opted for a water, but all the locals seemed to be pretty fond of their sweet tea. The chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes/gravy, and mustard greens were brought out promptly, and were delicious! My lone wish is that they would do breakfast from open ’till close, but still not a showstopper.

Waitress wasn’t the friendliest when I asked about the eggs, if it was powdered or real made a face, my husband and of they served waffles and she got even more yuck, tried to hide her displeasure about being questioned, biscuit was actually pretty good and I am not a fan of it, should have gone somewhere else and wanted to leave but my spouse said it’s okay we will stay for food that was subpar, let’s not talk about the coffee , why do they have so many stars don’t really know

I got breakfast three eggs over easy toast and three pieces of bacon in a large orange juice I paid $12 even the food tasted fresh the restaurant is clean the people are very friendly but they don’t take cards you must bring cash
