I ordered a steak but got ham. It was still a really good sandwich. She was so busy with walk in orders and online orders and someone for an interview. It was crazy. I hope the other party was ok getting my steak sandwich because I ate the ham.

I don’t normally leave reviews for chains because, for the most part, you know what to expect. Today was my first time in at this location and Sila was amazing. She was quick & efficient. The place looked clean & smelled fantastic. She asked how my day was; she multi-tasked; she was kind. I mean, what more can you expect from a sandwich shop?
There are a few reviews that mentioned that she seems to be “in a rush.” I think that’s simply a matter of opinion. I see it as she hustles and doesn’t waste your time. Most the time, if you’re visiting a Subway, you’re on a scheduled break or have limited time, so I think she’s a great employee!

All the workers called out on her ON XMAS EVE, and she was Cranking out these orders two at a time by herself without any complaints. She is such a trooper and PROFESSIONAL. Coworkers calling out on Christmas Eve is so wrong, even just for her morale….i hope she gets a bonus, Raise, and promotion

I would give 0 stars if I can. I will avoid this store in the future. Made an online order and order was made incorrectly. Called the store and respectfully explained the issue. Shorter lady with black hair was so rude and hung up on me. This is my third incident in this store. Every time I go to this store hoping things will improve and every time she proved me wrong. I always had a bad experience with her. She always makes sandwiches sloppy and never fully listens before asking “what else” or “how can i help”, she is incredibly rude to the new learning employees which makes it uncomfortable for all of us including other employees.

She always is yelling from the back of the store before coming to the counter to give you polite customer service.
While being in the store for maybe 10 minutes she continuously told the new employee infront of customers to “be better” because “she doesn’t want to work and he needs to be the best”, which it was clearly his first or second shift there.

This subway was wonderful. Sila was so delightful in this clean atmosphere. We watched her respond to the lunch rush with care and patience for all customers. What a breath of fresh air she was. Thank you Sila!

Sila was so warm and welcoming. She was the only one there. She greeted my son and myself and quickly finished up the customer before us. Efficiently took both of our orders. Then end of transaction was so polite and respectful. Food was delicious.

Shorter lady with black hair is such an issue at this store. She is ALWAYS rushing when there was only one other person behind me. She started taking his order over mine and he was getting very close to look at veges because she kept rushing his cold sandwich while mine was in the toaster. I hopped out of line and told her to finish his. She tried to get mine done first but at the point I was irritated. This is the third time it’s happened to me. Last time she took my partners order and didn’t even take mine .. she put the bread directly on the counter with no paper. I am not coming back to this location again. But I WILL SHOUT OUT FILMORE AND CHESTNUT LOCATION !! Wonderful lady that works there, taller maybe red or blonde? Can’t remember but it’s a very clean location unlike this one..

I order lunch for my staff here regularly. My staff of 25 prefers Subway to pizza and it’s cost effective. The food is fresh and delicious. They have my order ready when I get there and it’s obvious that they just put it together.
This location makes every effort to make me feel like family and my staff loves this location.

I was im there for lunch. Thr manager (Sila) I think her name tag said…she is highly rude snd pushy like she is in a hurry to get you out of there even whrn you’re the only person in the store with a 2 sandwich order. As I was waiting for her to take my order I heard her yelling at another employee about doing dishes wrong and this was after her rudely telling the new girl to clock out because she was just standing there. The poor new girl was waiting for instruction from her manager which this lady did not give her and then had her clock out because she didn’t have time to train her. This lady not only makes your establishment miserable to visit but she clearly isn’t worthy of a management position. She finally took my order and made my sandwich so sloppy I didn’t even want to eat it. So I paid for it and tossed it in the trash on the way out the door. You really should consider someone else for the manager position especially if you want the other employees trained period but trained right fir sure.
