Ordered boneless buffalo wings and got garlic Parmesan instead. Also got a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and wanted it cooked well done. It was barely cooked because the cheese wasn’t all the way melted. So much sauce on the pizza it was literally dripping. Very much wasted $24.

Papa John’s was awesome! We ordered a large BBQ Chicken Bacon and a large The Works (without olives). My family enjoyed and mentioned how good the flavor was. We will definitely order from this location again. I do have a negative: When calling to place my order, I was surprised to be talking with a call center. Come on… it’s a pizza joint lol. My order was ready on time, as requested, so no complaint with the call center. Just surprised I was not talking to the store location. Wish I would have taken pictures, next time!

Gave our pizza to someone else (app shows picked up) and rather than owning up it to it, they chalk it up to a glitch in the computer. Drove 20 mins to pick up only to wait an additional 20 in the store. Nothing offered to remedy the situation. Not even a sorry. Im then told it will take ten minutes to remake. Never once asked what the order was. How you gonna remake it if you “cant find the order” and didnt ask me what i ordered. Drive to winchester or Morehead. Don’t waste your time and money.

I ask about the specials and was told to wait a minute. There was what looked like a teenage employee in a pair of very short shorts sitting on a stack of racks putting the sauce on the pizzas , her shorts were so short that with her sitting down it looked like she didn’t even have anything on but a t-shirt. That behavior seems very unprofessional to me. The pizza was good though.

None of the staff wore any gloves while handling the food and in between toppings of the customers pizzas they pull out their personal cell phones and text, then proceed with putting on the rest of the toppings. I will never eat here again this is why people get sick!

I used to love this place. Not anymore. They are overpriced and lack quality. I am someone that never makes negative reviews, but someone needs to. They have changed. Not just price but quality. Sauce on pizza is low, toppings you pay for are scarce, and extra sauces you order and pay for are a joke, they are a teardrop of sauce. You have to order 5 or more to get even one sauce you would get from Little Caesars or other pizza places for less. Insane. This place is no longer the best pizza place is Montgomery County KY. It’s a scam. Sadly. Check everywhere else first.
