Meetch’s Wings & Things is where fast food gets a flavor remix. From our signature crispy chicken wings tossed in bold, unexpected sauces, to our buttery, seared-to-perfection smash burger, and our elevated take on the iconic Chicago-style dog-everything we do puts a fresh spin on the classics. Fast, fun, and full of flavor-this is fast food the Meetch’s way.

My kids and I (super hungry!) stopped in on the way home from tennis training with a craving for wings. When we walked in, the restaurant had a clean and simple ambience with a retro feel. We appreciated the variety of sauce choices ranging from Honey BBQ, XXX-Tra Hot, Jamaican Jerk, and Chimichurri. We ordered a batch of 18 decent-sized wings, and started our taste buds off with half Buffalo and half Garlic Parm – the flavors did not disappoint! My 10-year-old ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and, for his little stomach, he said it was the best he’s ever tasted and finished the entire sandwich. The fries were pretty good, and the owner was super nice to have us try a complimentary Meetch’s Peaches for dessert. For our next visit, we plan on trying another batch, half Korean BBQ and Hot Honey…and another two flavors the next future visit. A must try if you haven’t been to Meetch’s!

Walking in did not feel welcoming at all . The gentleman taking the order looked bothered more than anything when there was literally no one in the restaurant. I started reading some reviews and I agree with some of you . The burger was so hot that the cheese melted into a liquid making it so sloppy . With each bite it was a struggle cause the onions are cut so thin like strings . I would suggest some seasoning because the only flavor I tasted unfortunately was the ketchup I had to put on half way through the burger. I gave 2 stars because the fries were ok . It all looked presentable but looks can be deceiving….

Meetch’s has become a staple for me in Rolling Meadows. It’s in my regular rotation and it’s where I bring friends from out of town or meet up with family to talk about work and unwind over some real comfort food.
The smash burger is the chart topper. Honestly, maybe they named the place wrong because the beef and freshness are on another level. It’s easily one of the best smash burgers within 20 miles. Only critique is that every now and then the onion they smash into the patty isn’t fully prepped, which can throw off a bite.
The Philly Cheese is another one people might overlook, but it’s huge and genuinely good. If you’re extra hungry or want leftovers you’ll actually look forward to, it’s the move.
Fries are solid. Wings are surprisingly great too. They taste fresh and natural, which you don’t get everywhere. The ranch tastes homemade and has good flavor, though I wouldn’t mind it being a little thicker.
The location is clean and comfortable, but there’s always a table set up like an office and the space isn’t fully used. Would love to see it finished out because this place will only get busier. Lines at the register feel inevitable.
Food takes a bit to come out but I’m all for it because it’s fresh and hot every time.
Overall, I hesitate to hype them up too much, but the truth is they deserve it. Awesome spot and a true local favorite.

Excellent food, nice clean place. The owner Dimitri was attentive to everyone’s need. The pork belly melts in your mouth. The wings were a good size and crispy. The Seasoned fries are tasty. The smash burger was juicy and flavorful. The peach cobbler was awesome. On a side note, the wings were also great reheated the day after. Still crispy. Also the sauces are all house made and the burger sauce is the best. Everything is cooked in Beef tallow. Overall a great place. Highly recommend!
Update: went back yesterday! Same great food and Alexandra was there instead of Dimitri. Same great service! Definitely recommend!

Been eyeing this spot for a couple months and finally decided to try it..
We got the burger combo and the buffalo wing combo and ended up being almost 50$ which was I guess reasonable? Idk I think it’s a bit overpriced tbh, they charge 1$ for ranch too.. Food took almost about 30 min but came out super hot. I enjoyed the wings for sure and fries were good with the ranch.
Burger was okay nothing crazy since it just had onions and two pickles. Really didn’t enjoy the stringy onions it comes with I didn’t know they were stringy kinda odd but nothing special really about the burger. Definitely overpriced for a burger with just two toppings and a ketchup mayo sauce.. also the ketchup in our bottle was definitely not Heinz it was some other cheap stuff you could definitely taste it. Overall tbh you can probably go somewhere cheaper but I would for sure comeback to try the wings again.

I am so impressed by Meetch’s! The restaurant gives off the “greasy spoon” vibe, but the restaurant is very clean, bright and organized. The menu is somewhat small, but that means everything they make is exceptional! Not a single bad dish. I was most impressed with the pork belly, but it is all fantastic food. My wife was especially impressed with the homemade ranch. Overall, I had such a positive experience and I am excited to have solidified my new wing spot! Next time I visit I am getting the smash burger! PS The owner, “Meech” is a super great guy and checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were having a positive experience — very classy.

Tried this place on a whim due to the timing of my family‘s trip and their rating. The food was great. We got the chick stix, two smash burgers, and the buffalo chicken wrap. All were fabulous along with the sides, french fries and onion rings. We got shirts in IN and travelled up to WI.
We also tried a dessert; Meetch’s peaches (pictured) which is a sweet peach cobbler that travelled well back to MI with me.

My family and I stumbled upon Meetch’s Wings & Things during our mini vac to the Chi and boy was it everything we needed it to be! We tried several items on the menu and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent, atmosphere was family friendly and they truly took pride in what they were serving. We had the wings (Buffalo, Korean BBQ and Jamaican Jerk), Smash Burger, and the Char Dog. It’s the real deal!!!

Meetch’s Wings and Things blew us away! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and brand new everything felt a great first impression that set the tone for an outstanding experience.
The food? Next level. We started with the smash burger, which was perfectly cooked — thin, crispy edges, pressed with grilled onions, and paired with a flavorful spicy sauce that tied everything together. Easily one of the best smash burgers we’ve had.
The Philly cheesesteak was also a standout — incredibly moist and loaded with flavor in every bite. You could taste the care in the preparation.
Next up were the spicy traditional wings — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. These wings alone are worth the trip. We also couldn’t resist trying the pork belly bites in Korean BBQ sauce — a sweet and spicy glaze that was finger-licking good. Absolute must-try!
To finish off, we had the peach cobbler, and it did not disappoint — warm, comforting, and the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.
If you’re looking for a great local spot for wings, burgers, and more, Meetch’s Wings and Things should be at the top of your list. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Randomly stopped in because I needed a quick meal and it was by my work. The cashier recommended a cheesesteak and I got a smashburger for my wife. I was completely surprised by how amazing the food was. That was probably one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had and the burger was really well done. Will definitely be back
