For what this is, a food truck in a trailer, they do it really well. Food quality, service with a smile and plenty of condiments. The server knew all about their salmon’s origin, species, and who processed it – locally. I tried the salmon fish & chips and the sockeye salmon was really moist which is harder to do with Sockeye. The breading was a little old fashioned but I would take quality fish in old style breading than old chum salmon in fancy Japanese Panko Crumb. Nice job! I look forward to trying more of your selection of seafood!
