The food is super Plussssss, the driver for delivery is one of the best, polite, warm, very recommended for company party or event. Whoever made this pizza…made it with love. Look at that cheese and how fresh it is. The wings? Enough sauce to feed a family, just the way I like it. It was all high school aged people there and I can confidently say that this establishment has an amazing team! Simply wonderful. The pizza is a bit pricey for my taste but it was well worth it!

FANTASTIC! I was in town for a race weekend at Road Atlanta and ordered 3 pizza’s from this location. I ordered online via their app and picked up in store. The app said my pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes which seems too fast. However, when I arrived 16 minutes later, the pizzas were ready! They were hot, looked great, and very consistent across the 3 I ordered.
I was greeted when I walked in and the checkout process was quick and easy. The employees were smiling and happy, but also the area I could see was clean and inviting. Really impressed with this visit!

My family eats here at least once a month. We also used these guys for our son’s fourth birthday party. Our favorite pizza is the extra large ground beef and pineapple (pictured). I tend to order from the website but the service here in the store is good too. Everyone is polite and quick to offer service. NOTE: They do offer gluten free crust here as of the time of this review. It’s pretty good, as far as gluten free goes.

Deduct 1 star for late delivery. Ordered online at 1:17 PM, delivered at 3:05 PM.
Deduct 1 star for pizza not being but slightly above room temp.
Deduct 1 star for not getting the order right. Ordered half meatball with extra sauce, and half pepperoni. Have a look at the pic; it appears to be a cheese pizza. I paid extra for having extra sauce and didn’t get it.
Deduct 1 star because the pizza wasn’t fresh tasting. In comparison, I could have had a better tasting pizza from Little Caesars by picking up one of their “Hot and ready” pizzas, at 1/3 of the price!
I called the store and inquired about the pizza being so late. Their excuse was they were swamped and only had one driver that was delivering to 6 places on this trip.
I’m not a harsh critic. I let the facts stand for themselves.
So after totaling up the deductions it leaves my review with 1 star. I won’t be ordering from this local store anytime soon.

I watched multiple workers make multiple pizzas without gloves on/washing their hands. One lady was up at the front touching all over stuff & immediately went to the back & started making pizza w/o washing hands. Super disgusting.

I rarely write reviews. Unfortunately, I have to recommend avoiding this particular Marcos store location. James is the manager and shows no care for his local patrons. We have ordered from this Marcos location many times. The last several times, the pizza has been very doughy and not thoroughly cooked. Two times in a row now, I ordered the pizza online with no cheese but it was delivered with cheese. While an understandable mix-up for a pizza restaurant, James insists that this is not their error and refuses to remake and re-deliver the order (first time) or take over an hour to redeliver (2nd time). My family and I have ordered from Marcos for the last time. I encourage my local Flowery Branch neighbors to support other pizza options in the community.
