Unwelcoming. No one greets you when you walk in or approach the counter. Not many tables to sit at. Never asked if your order is too stay or go, it just comes in a bag. They should bring back the counters and stools so you can sit and have a cup of coffee in a real mug..

Horrible. I asked specifically for an egg and cheese wrap and no back 4 times in a row, due to religious reasons, but somehow the workers gave me a wrap with bacon and I ate half of it before I noticed, horrible service, horrible place.

I cannot figure out what happened to this location. it just went through an extensive renovation but the quality and service have really declined. The coffee is not drinkable, and they are constantly out of everything- no ice cream, no chocolate syrup, no pre-packed ice cream quarts, no donuts and now not even a lid

Today 5/24/2024 at around 5:40, I went to get myself a donut. I had enough reward points to pay for it; however, the app was a taking some time to show the reward code. A plump girl with two pigtails was extremely rude, mean and disrespectful towards me. She was extremely upset my phone wouldn’t load the code; even though the store was completely empty and there no cars behind me. I love a friendly environment where I can feel safe and respected; however, this store needs to hire someone else with better values. The drinks are very good but a rude experience with a cashier is enough to no longer want to come back to this store.

I’m at this location at least once a week during the 1st half of the day. Staff is normally friendly with decent service. I made the mistake of going a little after 4pm which is obviously when the rude, incompetent people work. I ordered hash browns & bacon for my daughter. I get about a mile down the road & my kid pulls out a bag of black, shriveled bacon. I.had to turn around (25A is packed at 4:30 in the afternoon). When I got back I brought the bacon in & showed the girl at the counter & asked if she would eat that. Instead of an apology her & some other annoying girl I wasn’t even talking to started bitching at me because she didn’t make the bacon & “there are bigger problems in the world than bacon” spoken like a couple of brats who probably work to pay for their fake nails & tans. I didn’t even get a simple I’m sorry about that. They’ve just lost a long term customer. I’ll drive out of my way to go to a different dunkin from now on.

I just finished writing an email to dunckin donuts corporate. The Dunkin store located in Smithtown on Jericho Turnpike and Edgewood has consistently given me the wrong product through drive thru. So last night I decided i’m going to walk in. My particular addiction these days is the FROZEN hot chocolate. Two previous car occasions I had driven away and basically it was chocolate milk. So going into the store and ordering it I can watch it be made. The counterperson, a male, took it over to the machine that makes it “frozen” loaded what he had pre mixed which basically just stirred it vigorously. As he was going to put the whipped cream on it I said “is something wrong with that machine? That is NOT frozen”. He did one of the look down, Not really sorry but oh I got caught face. Didn’t say anything, walked to the back area. I hear ice being scooped. He comes back around front with a large bucket Full of ice puts it in the machine and proceeds to make me a new one.. i mean, this must be the problem, he, in this case is too Lazy to put ice in the machine to make frozen drinks. So either that’s the practice of the store Or he’s the one always making my chocolate milk knowingful well he should be putting ice in the machine. We’ll see what cooperate says. I suggested a district manager should be going around and do a retraining for customer and product service. The guy knew what he did(n’t) do. LAZY.
