Staff is polite and courteous. Everything we ordered was very good. Highly recommend the Pub Chicken! Solid beer list with a few excellent crafts. This restaurant is clean, decorated nicely, and the food is reasonably priced. If you’re in Butler, highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Stopped here on our way from KC to JoMO. Delightful restaurant on the square. Food definitely exceeded our expectations…I hot the schnitzel and it was huge. Ate way too much as it was fantastic! Husband ordered the prime rib special…wow. Service was really good and we felt that the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. It may be our new go to dinner place on our way back from KC. Have recommended it to several friends!

Best mac n cheese ever! And the chicken fried chicken was amazing! Green beans tasted microwaved, but everything else was perfect! There was no wait at all, and the service was amazing! Our drinks never ran out, and the waitress made sure to bring my 2 year old some crayons which he loved! Plus, the bathroom had a super cool sink!

Their tenderloins are delicious! They are not as big as some I’ve had, but still bigger than the bun! About 2 inches around the bun on all sides! And the bun… Very good! Seeded, peppered bun with lots of flavor! I also had their sweet potato fries which were yummy! They have honey to dip them in, if you ask, which I did. Love, love, love them! Very friendly and quaint place! Love their patriotic decor! Will definitely be going back!

My husband and I decided to try the Union. We travel I-49 frequently and didn’t want to eat at a chain restaurant. We loved the atmosphere. As we ate my husband commented that he liked when old buildings were brought back to life. The wait staff was very friendly and checked on us just the right amount. The food was delicious, but I need to warn you to save room for dessert. We shared a chocolate cheese cake. We will definitely stop again.

Lunch time visit. Somewhat busy, but no wait. Clean with a contemporary look/feel. Good prompt, friendly service. Had the pulled pork sandwich (the special), was on point. Apple dumpling was great too. Just wish more desert was prepared so I didn’t have to share 😉

Waitress was weird and didn’t really know about the menu and kept having to ask the chef… But the chef knew what was up and made amazing food! I’m a huge meat eater and I got the veggie burger to try something different and I highly recommend it along with the pork nachos!

GREAT FOOD!! Small quaint, fun bar in downtown Butler, MO. A cute tiny town with so much character. We met friends of our for lunch there on our way to skydive and I am glad we did. We got there early so we took a stroll around the court house. Simply amazing.
