Went thru drive Thurs and ordered some food and my chili cheese burrito with Xtra cheese was never cooked, my tacos were broken and I never received my cinnamon twists. Tried calling and no one answered. It’s not like I live far away. 2 mins.

REALLY!! I said no tomatoes and this is was so messy with more beans allowed on anything you can even eat it!! I Will calling in the morning and not the store this time! You guys had so much stuff on this it was absolutely horrible!! One side was all burnt/ dried beans the other side was all Watery meat, come on now it’s not that dang hard to make a Mexican pizza!!! My taco was disgusting with beans only was so much beans you had to throw it away; ridiculous even on a holiday made it even worse! Oh yeah never use your card here the last time the cashier took my credit card info and thought he was going to make charges to my account but I have fraud protection so nothing went through!! I had just got the card and that was the only time I made a purchase with the card about 10 minutes after and leaving I got a fraud alert!! I will never go here again

You think it would be cool to live close to a Taco Bell. You know how uncool it is to live close to a Taco Bell that sucks? This is easily the worst location in a five mile radius, as I’m often going to one of those other locations instead of this place. Every time I try to give them another chance, it seems like they personally have it out for me; I have endured missing items, employees as sharp as marshmallows, waits in the lobby to get any attention, orders confirmed at the speaker but suddenly unavailable at the window, and being unwilling and unable to issue refunds. It sucks living close to a Taco Bell when you have to go to other locations.

I have visited this restaurant many times around 7pm to around midnight and each time the food is cold, stale or really badly wrapped. I’ve had good experiences here during the day, which is why the night visits are extremely disappointing :((

We went to order in, the employees saw us standing at the counter for over 10mins without anyone acknowledging us. Then I had to grab their attention and state that we’ve been in line over 5mins which an employee replied, ” you can use the kiosks”. We shouldn’t have to, there should be people at the counter greeting customers right away. Absolutely terrible service, not to mention no people skills. We will not order here again!
