Owner or manager is very rude. His employees are just as rude. Bread is stale. Went in and ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt and a spicy Italian. Completely disgusting. When I asked the manager to replace the meal he stated they don’t do refunds hung up on me. He’s very unprofessional. Very stingy when it comes to condiments. There is absolutely no reason why I should walk you to your establishment spending 35$, $40 and get a hard bread and cheese sandwich. I will never come back here.

Worse Subway. And I am a customer when it comes to subway! After many chances. First time i came in there they were stingy about the portion of veggies you get.. Second time I got a strand of hair in my sandwich. And the third time i ordered in person and there was nothing wrong than. Than forth time I ordered through the app and had way too much sauce were I couldn’t even handle the first couple bites and my husband threw up his sandwich literally tasked like you a overload of salt. Terrible customer service. I only went there cause it was convenient and close to were I live. But I ABSOLUTELY don’t recommend this Subway! The worse subway!

Don’t normally rate fast food places, but this Subway is particularly awful and I felt obligated to share.
I had a bad salad experience like the lady below. When I asked them to chop my salad, as every Subway I’ve ever been to before regularly does this, the woman indicated, “we don’t do that.” I expected a “sorry”, a “we don’t have the equipment,” or even a “nobody showed us how to do that.” But that is definitely not what I got…
Not the end of the world, definitely. But then another associate came out of the back, rinsed her hands with water for like 2.5 seconds and then finished preparing my food. No soap, no gloves, no basic hand hygiene. Super grossed out. I took a few bites of salad and chucked the rest when my fork pulled up salad and a strand of human hair.

Don’t come this this location if you want a salad and friendly service. I had to ask for them to chop up the meat and veggies in my salad. They’re supposed to put it on the big white bowl and chop it up and at least mix it for you. This wasn’t done. The staff wasn’t very friendly at all either. Well not the chick that helped me. The other girl was nice to her customer.

I’ve been to the subway on 1714 s circle twice. The first time there was a single worker there and it was fairly busy but she was still welcoming and did her job In the most professional manner.

The second time However, there were two workers in there. One younger guy who moved slow, spoke quietly and seemed to not know the basics of his job. The other guy spoke to a buddy of his most of the time, messed up other customers orders and was talking so much I could see spit leave his mouth and onto the sandwiches. I ordered the hot pastrami melt and it was so put together so sloppily that I asked if the meat could be dispersed so that I didn’t have to eat 12 inches of hard bread and the guy with the language barrier started yelling at me, demeaning me, calling me pet names and cutting me off from speaking. I’ve since contacted customer support and was supposed to be contacted within 2 business days. I haven’t and dont believe I will so, if the franchise owner wont attempt to resolve the issue with the employee at this location, I’d rather do my diligence and let anyone having a good day with an appetite for subway know that this location is not the one you want to go to. I’ve been to two other subway stations since and they’ve both had awesome customer service.

The 2 girls that were working there today lack customer service severely. They didn’t greet me at all and I stood at the counter waiting as they ignored me and worked online orders. At least say something like “we’ll be with you in a minute”. So ingenuine. I will not be going back there again.

Edit: Also the girl that made my sandwich undertopped my sandwich. For how much toppings I had, I shouldn’t just be tasting bread.

Owner and wife are great people! The ingredients ARE always fresh. I’m really glad I literally live right across the street because I can always stop in for a quick bite to eat. My lover always goes in to order me a Veggie Delight and they make it just right (not too much acidic ingredients like the OTHER Subway by Target). They never skimp on ingredients either!

If I could do no stars I would. I ordered at their location using the subway app and was charged for the order. They didn’t have my order and wanted me to submit and pay a second time. No thank you. The right thing to do was have made my order that I already paid for. I paid for a sandwich that I didn’t get.

I absolutely hate subways marketing and now the entire company! Now they want me to order through the app instead of coupons I can hold in my hand which i won’t go to subway for regular priceyour waaay overpriced now and if I order inthe app I have to wait 20 mins so it’s pointless pulling upto the store and opening the app! I hate your slow POS app it has no cohesion 3 minute loading screens amd then a minimum of 20 minutes instead of order now! I wasted 10 mins preparing an order just so I cam use my coupon and then never ended up even getting a sandwich! I hate your company! Also try turning on your open sign lazies!

Everytime I come here the manger is very rude. I witnessed him yelling at his young employee until she was in tears over something stupid. And he wouldn’t let it go. I hope she quit that day because I certainly would have if I was in her position. If the manager makes your sandwich expect it to have as little meats and veggies as possible. Upon opening my sandwich up it looked empty all you can see is the bread. He counted out 4 small pickles and 4 pieces of spinach. For how much money you spend you should at least get what your paying for and not less. The manger is cheap and s jerk.
