Located off of Beeline Highway and Bonita St, next to Dunkin’ and Five Guys is Rosati’s Payson. Known for their pizza, but you gotta try some of their other items too.
This location is available for pickup and delivery – no dining in – although there are a couple tables for two just outside the front you can eat if you like.
I really like their sandwiches, wings and calzones. If you have never had Chicago Deep Dish pizza before, you may want to get one to try. Warning though…it might ruin you for future pizza purchases at other places.
Kudos to Rosati’s for giving me another reason to go to Payson.

Rosati’s Payson is delicious – my favorite spot to stop when in Payson.
I’ve only had their pizza and pastas but my friend got a salad and said it was very good. Everything is great – but the Meatballs make the Pasta dish and Pizza even better – I usually order Pepperoni Pizza when I am with my wife so it was nice to get what I wanted – yes, the wife always wins when it comes to what to order for us. Julie mentioned I should try the calzones next time I am in the area – and I will – can’t wait. Thanks Rosati’s Payson!

My family has been eating at Rosatis since before I was born. Not only is the one in Payson just as good as the ones anywhere else, but they are also family owned and a part of the Payson community. They are great at fixing any mistakes that may occur and overall is just a great atmosphere. Having delivery as an option is also amazing. Will eat here again.

Always looking for a good pizza place! This place is solid for passing thru Payton. Called ahead for a pepperoni pizza thin crust. The outside pieces were awesome the inside were a little soft. Ranch cups are big and great for dipping. Shop is small with little to no seating. THE SAUCE IS 10/10.

It’s a carry out location. On Wednesday, October 23rd I purchased a spaghetti for supper later as I was camping and didn’t feel like cooking. I also got the lunch special which is a slice and a drink. Pizza was most obviously made hours before. Cheese was translucent and hard, the generous helping of pepperoni was dried out. I didn’t get my soda, probably my fault but the kid behind the counter didn’t suggest where to find said included soda. There’s no indication that the refrigerator containing a few sodas was actually where you’re supposed to retrieve your soda.
Later after setting up camp, I opened the bag containing my pasta and there was no utensils, the requested cheese and peppers, nor napkins. Disappointed because eating pasta with my fingers wasn’t much fun. Also why did the garlic bread have a microwaved bread texture? The employee didn’t seem to be too concerned with customer service, the
location is cramped and “stuff” is piled everywhere. A little polish, some customer service training along with minimal expectations and requirements to continue employment and this place would be the Rosati’s I know and love in other areas of the state.

This pizza place is absolutely amazing! The customer service was great!!!! We got the Chicago deep dish and let me tell you, the smell had my stomach rumbling! It was cooked perfect! The cheese!!! If you are a lover of cheese this pizza is for you! I highly recommend this place! It’s not a sit down place it’s like a order and go, but it’s so worth it!
