We are regular buyers and love Papa John’s Pizza. Service here has been good. We’ve occasionally received pizzas that were smaller than they should have been or not made quite to the normal Papa John’s standards, but management has been responsive. We’re glad this location opened!

Male manager in mid thirties with gauged ears is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sets a horrible example for the staff. Mocks customers. Tell delivery driver to stop and have a few beers while out delivering. Marks food ready to pick up and then picked up when it’s not even ready. Clearly trying to make it look like they prepare it quickly and on time. Asked why I’m waiting for food that shows ready to pick up then marked picked up and it’s not even cooked yet. No answer. Your the face of the company be professional and respectful to customers.
