First time and last time trying Papa Murphy’s. Ordered the original crust and got the thinnest crust I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely subpar especially considering the price. I followed the baking instructions and ended up with a crust nearly burned on the outside and doughy in the middle. For the same $20 I could’ve gotten a really good thick crust pizza, cooked to perfection.

Love Papa Murphys. We pick up pizzas whenever we drive through. Today was differant. Went to location, open sign was not on, it’s Sat at 1:30 pm. Went into store, said hi, asked if she was open, lady gave me a pissed look and said Yes, I said your sign isn’t on, she let out a big sigh and walked over and turned it on. I then went to the counter and waited. Employee went back to making a pizza and ignored me. About a minute later she came to the register and said can I help you. She took my order acted disinterested and pissed off the whole time. Got my order and left. Another customer came in while I was there and asked about her take out order. She said, it probably over there somewhere and the customer had to find and retrieve her own order from the rack. Customer also asked if the employee was OK, she said, ya fine. Not very happy about my experience this time.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this restaurant. When I walked in, the cashier just stared at me without greeting me or saying anything. I walked up to the register and she asked, “Do you need to order?” I said yes. She asked what I wanted, and when I asked if they had the heart pizza, she simply said no.
I then ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza, and she just stared at me again. The entire interaction consisted of maybe five words from her. There was no welcome, no thank you, no customer service at all. The only other thing she said was “receipt,” which is how I learned her name was Jane from the printed receipt.
The food may be fine, but customer service matters. This experience felt cold and unprofessional, and it left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should feel awkward or unwelcome just for placing an order.

Been there plenty of times with little errors here and there. But today takes the cake. My pan pizza was butchered horribly with no dough on the edges. Obviously it’s an individual issue with whoever is making it. But this isn’t the first time my pizza has been made wrong or messed up.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cinnamon wheel online. I picked up my pizza and brought it home. Once I unwrapped it I noticed it was cheese only. I called the store and she admitted she messed up. She told me to bring it back and she would remake it. It’s 25 minutes one way. I just realized I am in the Deep South and to expect it’s complicated for orders to be correct down here. People down here can’t follow instructions. Too many big words!

So I had the opportunity to try the stuffed crust and thin crust pizza. Got the five meat stuffed crust. First of all the stuffed crust is all the way throughout the whole pizza, so if you don’t like a lot extra dough don’t get it. After taking and baking it, it turned out very massive. Almost like a Chicago style but not Chicago style. Thick pizza is what I’m calling it. If they would add a crust flavor like hungry Howie’s, it would be next level. The thin pizza was very thing and crispy. Everything on it was very thin layered. Total opposite of the stuffed crust pizza. Overall it wasn’t a bad meal and better then most other frozen pizza. I know it’s not frozen but if I have to bake it at home, I’m putting it in the same category. Overall 6.9 Chaus

Barry the owner is refusing to give me a refund today. He left one employee by herself on a holiday week. Clearly from the other reviews this place sucks and the owner probably can’t keep good employees. I will not waste my time here anymore. Barry you better contact me tomorrow for a refund or I will pursue legal action.

I have them another chance. I sent my kids in to pick up the pizza but I wish I would have checked it before leaving. I think they limit their pizza to like 4 slivers of cheese each. What a complete joke of a pizza…. The first few pictures are my pizza and the last one is the way it is advertised. Like everywhere else since Covid, this pizza place has gone to shit. Today was the last straw. Crust was too thin, not enough toppings and the service subpar at best. It looks like management is trying to save money by making pizza thin and toppings by half, I had to add toppings at home to finish the pizza. This used to be our favorite place for a pizza on the go but today was the last time. Give this place a miss and get a proper Italian pizza from the restaurant next door.
