I ordered our pizza over an hour ago. I was told less than 30inutes for delivery. Finally after patiently waiting almost an hour I called them and they told me they hadn’t even finished the order yet!! We are a medical clinic with a very specific time for lunch. It is not optional. When placing our order I did communicate that to the rep on the phone taking our order. She assured me we would have it on time. So I agreed to pay a 20% tip for what I hoped would be expedited delivery. Now we have only 20 minutes of our lunch left and no pizza!! Pretty damn disgusted with the service!! I will NOT trust Dominoes ever again nor will I place another order with them EVER again! Their service is dishonest!!

The nicest people! I ordered at the wrong Domino’s and they were so nice about it, even though they were extremely busy. All of them were so sweet and I cannot wait to order again. I was in a low spot. My girlfriend had broken up with me, and my dog had gotten COVID-19. I was in the middle of my high score on Subway Surfer and realized that I wanted a pizza. It’s safe to say that a lot was riding on this situation. I don’t think I could’ve handled any more disappointment in that moment. That’s when Gunner broke into my world like the snow on bleak summer’s day. I would like to thank all domino’s in the world, both the fast food chain and the little tiles. My mother is now back in my life again. Five stars.

Update from 4 to 5 stars. The online ordering is working perfectly now. When it says you pizza is ready, it is actually ready. You don’t even have to go inside the store now for a carry out (excellent deals on carryout), they bring it out to you. The longest I have waited recently is about 60 seconds. Excellent service!

They seem to have fixed the order tracker. It has been accurate lately. Great pizza, great price. Update from 1 to 4 stars.
Good pizza but this store is gaming the system with the order tracker. They tell the system that your pizza is in the oven 1 minute after you order. How is that possible? This is obviously false to make them look good to corporate because when you show up 15 minutes later to get your carryout you end up waiting another 20 minutes while they actually make and cook your pizza. This has happened several times.
