The drinks are always made to my liking and the baristas are very friendly and seem to catch on to regulars quite fast! Big plus!!! The only thing that makes me drive to another location (and the reason it’s not a 5star) is the crazy way the line is set up. Even when I get through to getting my order, I’ve waited 3+ minutes just to get out of the parking lot area because I’ve had to drive around instead of them just having a straight exit to expressway like most locations. Overall, the service is great!

Ordered a triple decaf espresso on ice blend…tasted horrible because the barrista did not properly wash the blender. I could see the previous residue when he poured mine in to mix. Took it but was utterly disappointed . Definitely not going back….yuck! What a waste of money.. BTW 8 have stomach issues so this made me nauseated and dizzy.

This is my to go Starbucks, first my order always has a great flavor, second almost all the time I’m the first in line and if there’s a line, the waiting time is nothing compared to other locations. I really recommend you this location even though you have to park and everything, it’s worth it.

I’ve experienced 10-15 minute wait times In about 80% of my visits. On one visit they handed me my 4 dollar drink with coffee spilling over the top and all around the cup causing some to spill on my clothes and vehicle. No apologies just an eye roll when I asked for a napkin.

Very rude I went to target place and the staff is unhelpfull. I was in the line and I through a piece a paper of my pocket and the lady staff told me to go to the end of the kine again since she saw me that I was there. I try to explain that I go to trash but my english is not good and she still said that I need to go to the end and the costume that was in my back just ignore me because she want to be the next. I go to the 8 persons line to the end asking for a frappe and no lies THE FRAPPE WAS SUPER SALTY!!! I try to ask for another or a refund and she had a question mark face because she don’t understand my english I go back home with no coffee for my husband and with no money also really sad…

Starbucks coffee is overall overpriced and doesn’t really offer better quality coffee than any other average corner coffee shop. However they make up for it in ambiance, and variety. The people at the McAllen location are extremely kind which is a great achievement considering how busy is this particular location.

Last night I bought a $17 coffee cup and 2 min I went to return it. They didn’t want to accept it because they didn’t give me a receipt. The cashier said that she was new and didn’t know how to print it out. The managers on duty saw me purchasing it and they denied it. Worse customer service I’ve experienced in a Starbucks.

Me and my wife usually get expreso coffee or shot however you want to call it, we order and they said -we are only serving decaf because they were out espresso how that’s compared to a Coffee. Management has to do inventory or put someone able to do that job or close that location is the second time we got the same issue in that area decaf don’t wake me up that’s why I like Starbucks strong coffee ☕️ I hope next time I get whatever I need to follow up with my day
