I had the fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and green beans entree, with the cornbread skillet appetizer.

Considering we’re in the south this is the blandest food I’ve ever had (and I spent 3 months in Europe)! In order from decent to disgusting:
1. Corn bread (tastiest)
2. Green beans
3. Mac and cheese (bland no taste)
4. Fried chicken (no taste, soaked in oil)

They had no working salt shaker. For the hot sauce option they had only Tabasco and Cholula (neither great for fried chicken). There were maybe 2 other tables further away from us and our waiter walked pass us with our food.

If you come here bring a sweater / warm long sleeve because the air is so high it feels like a meat fridge. The only plus is the $10 voucher you get from the hotel, the inside lighting was good and it wasn’t too busy when we went. Other than that literally eat anywhere else.

We had an odd experience because the fire alarm went off but it didn’t stop us from getting food and everything came out at a pretty good time. i’d say everything took about an hour max, from the ordering to eating and to the check. Food was amazing, pricey but it makes sense for the quality. Overall my pasta was good it was saucy and super creamy and Our waiter MD was super nice:)

Me and my husband was visiting for the week at the Courtland Grand Hotel and the restaurant they have in here was great. DJ the bartender is great, he made my husband and I some drinks that we never had before. He told us that he’s been a mixologist for 20 years or so. He made us feel welcomed. Great customer service, and personable.

Great service, good restaurant and in room service at Sheraton. Warm and gooey Peach cobbler with vanilla ice-cream is highly recommended. Tried seared salmon and chicken noodle soup turned out good but portions were small for the price.

Highly do not recommend. The food is overpriced and mediocre. I stayed at the hotel where this restaurant is located. Hotel charged a $27/day resort fees and gives us a $10 coupon to Fandangles as a “benefit.” Fandangles charges a 15% mandatory “take out” gratuity fee. So for them to bag my food to eat upstair, they charged $6. The mac and cheese was bland and the chicken was super dry.

We enjoyed our 14 year Margarita and Old Fashion cocktails prepared by DJ. He gave us stellar customer service and recommended the Angus burger and Fried Chicken. I prefer my burgers cooked medium and it was perfect! The Friend Chicken was juicy and had just enough crispy skin & flavor was on point. Thank you DJ for a great experience!

We were staying in hotel, so initially this was easiest place to eat, but the food was so nice we returned a second night.

We were given warm bread with our drinks. I had the ‘nice small salad’ which was exactly as described. I added salmon, and it was perfect. We ended with peach cobbler (which was so good I ate it before taking a photo, so you’ll have to imagine!) Thick sweet pastry, warm peach, a little cream, served with vanilla ice cream. Excellent.

I ate here twice while staying at the hotel. The first night I had the special – shrimp and chicken fried rice. Good flavor, but a bit heavy on the salt/soy sauce. The shrimp was the star of the dish – deep fried, but without breading, so it was crispy without the heavy breading. The second night I ordered the sausage and onion Flatbread. It was delicious and hit the spot perfectly. I also had a mixed drink – the boulevard. It’s great if you like fruity drinks, basically like an alcoholic strawberry lemonade. Portions were large both nights which made the higher prices more reasonable. The service was a bit slow, but very friendly.

Food was absolutely delicious. I have never had a better shrimp and grits than what I had here. The crab cake was also delicious. The staff and service were fantastic as well. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Fandangles was a different experience for me. I liked the casual and trendy atmosphere. I enjoyed the meal but our server became a stranger after he seated us, brought us water and took our order. William and the other staff were more accommodating and treated us better. The gentleman bussing the tables was great and got the server’s tip. I can’t remember his name, but when I do I will certainly shout him out.
