TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really wanted to get a slice of pizza, but the guy working this morning was so rude when I asked a question I told him to forget it and I hope he has a better day. I guess it will save me on the carbs…thanks Sbarro worker!

Got a pizza tonight 5/25. Customer service was perfect; but the pizza was not. Hate saying this, but it was awful. The dough itself was not cooked at all, way too much cheese. If you even attempted to pick up a slice, all the toppings would slide off and the pizza would literally fall apart. See the pictures.

Located inside a new clean KwikShop. Service was great. I got one of the strombolis, which they took from the glass display and reheated in the oven. Tasted pretty good, compared to the usual gas station pizza. Definitely a step up!

Worst staff of any resturaunt ive ever been to. I walk up and every time i come i get ignored or get told i have to wait until they are ready. Rude staff who dont want to do their job. Every time i come its like this. My wife works at the gas station so i come regularly. This is my regular experience.

Went last night for two XL pizzas, I like that you can purchase whole or individual. Food was really good and staff was friendly, good prices as well. I will start with 5 stars based off this and hope to keep it with each visit. Very happy to see Sbarro back in Omaha, definitely spreading the word.
Went back the next day and they were out of boxes, I am guessing this is due to how busy and popular they are. Decided to stay and get a slice, was hot and good.

It’s a Sbarro and Casey’s gas station in one.
Customer service was very friendly & fast. My only issue was w/ any of the food served within the gas station.
It looks like a scene of every Health Code violation in the book:
Several pizzas were already cooked and left ((had it been hours? I don’t know)) sitting out in the open, w/ nothing preventing flies landing on them.
Even the prepackaged sandwiches were old & crusty inside the package.
Every piece of the fruit sold in the baskets, was severely bruised.
I think they’re due for a surprise inspection..
Other than that, the atmosphere was clean and new.

Back in the day Westroads or Crossroads food court this place was my go to.glad to see they brought back this place.Took my son so he can try it he demolished his slice lol if nostalgia is hitting you or just looking to try a new pizza joint hit this place up

Came in to grab my Pickup order at Sbarro’s & the guy there was very rude. I went to grab my food at the area that says “Pickup Area” clearly for customers to grab there food items. He walks up to me & rudely says “hey you need to checkin with me first you cant just grab peoples food”. The food I was grabbing was in fact mine.
